Shalom The serpent ?....you mean Adam the 1st born. When God gave Adam a limited ability to create manifestations from his imaginations. Notice: God gave Adam the ability to sin. When Adam's attitude (spirit) became fearful which created an egocentric mind (soul). Because of this attitude Adam stopped having the nature of God, which is perfect (unconditional) love. He stopped treating another as how he would like to be treated. He placed fear into the heart of Eve and by doing this he corrupted her mind (soul). And the soul that is created out of fear, that becomes egocentric in nature needs to be reconciled. (dramatically written down as: "surely die". It needs to be overwritten by the mind of Christ, done by God through the process of Justification, sanctification and glorification. To understand what God actually means at a scientifically perspective based on human knowledge: Set of Forces: 1. Not Physical. 2. Act on the physical. 3. Created the physical from nothing. 4. Predates the universe. And this creator, or that what is, caused the Universe to exist and thereby caused time to exist. That means that this force or creator must be independent of time. Hi, yes it is written in the first of the 2 books of The Red Book. When I read the Book it literally blew my mind, also for the unbelievable parallels with The Book of the Law. At the beginning there is a beautiful exposition of the dance between Meaning and Meaninglessness, and how some people need more the latter than the former. An amazing book really, one of those that is always present on my bedside table. Highly recommend.

Free Will with consequences attached is not free will. True Freedom comes only by accepting the Way, Truth and Life as revealed by Jesus, our divine example. Jesus completed the Father’s Will for His life, we too must be compelled to do the same; no sinner has the power to override the Truth as Jesus Christ revealed it. The entire Holy Bible is one big book of fear!!! It's all wrapped around the idea of there being one supreme being, God, who will come back one day, raise the dead, and one by one we will all have our moment of judgement before our Creator. Those who did good will go to Heaven to live a wonderful life for all eternity.
