This actress Hina, I am enjoying her acting in Jan nisar drama, that’s why I watched this interview. And I really appreciate her honesty about her marriage and divorce etc. She is also a pretty woman, and down to earth.

Hiba is even more beautiful than Juhi Chawla. As far as depression /stress concerned, all she said is correct. I see all my patients like it. Depression is when symptoms are for a long time, there are screening questions. how to start, how to taper slowly, she all said right. CBT is cognitive behavioural therapy, a type of counselling. All that loved ones can do is to listen and be ready to help such patients. One thing we can ask patients is ......Are you OK, do you need help, we are with you.

Why Nosherwan always connected to Hiba s

Her whole story shows how important it is to get higher education and be in profession. And take time to get married. Check the to be spouse 2-3 years to see how is the emotional intelligence. Also, do get remarried. As in Islam , women did get remarried. It is very unfortunate as we are seeing so many muslim women taking care of children single handly, where fathers are not paying child support. Also, Pakistani men at the same time can get married the second day. Thats why now many women now getting married to non pakistani men. Hopefully, there will be stronger laws regarding alimony , child support in Pakistan. And men will be raised with Islamic values then hindustani values. Many times women become lonely and isolated because of constant criticism of the society. Take counseling, and medications , pray for yourself, be around positive people, and involve yourself with activities that you like for yourself, it can be furthering your education, or new skills. First be kind to yourself. Whatever is written , those things will happen, but we can pray change our present and future . Be very close to religion. Strong parents make strong children.
