So excited that you’re back!

Mini mental health blog: That makes sense that you get a crash low or burnout after being so actively. I struggle with a mini version of this from having hyperfixation and producivity tendencies (adhd). But then I also experience bouts of just random depression that isn't necessarily after a bout of high/hyper mood or fixation which I find more frustrating and hard to deal wih because I feel like I cannot prepare for it or make it easier in some way. It sort of just crashes my life and I feel like I've disappeared and come back to a busy world but I'm behind. That lack of control is where my ocd stems from and why my hyper bouts from adhd tend to get so intense because I overcompensate out of fear and get carried away. Sorry that's so much info but if anyone else feels similar just wanted you to know you're not alone and it has always gotten better and it's never too late to reach goals however big or small, you are not behind on life ever ❤ this past Yr my triggers and traumas were thrown into the mix and I've never felt so emotionally dysregulated (an issue i never really had before). But I'm on the mend and hopeful yet again so it's more than possible! ❤
