The sound is impressive, it makes your hair stand on end, rich and deep, detailed and clear....impressive!!!!

Sweet! I've got a set of these in my home mix room as mains sitting horizontally. IMO the imaging is a bit better when placed horizontally. Recapped with all poly caps and they really shine now. Excited to grab an old very powerful amp from home when I go back next to see how they'll sound when driven with high end gear!

They sound great like single driver speakers. But when music get complex like an orchestra they fall appart don't they??

However, the BEOVOX 5700 speakers in my setup are actually not single driver speakers. They are three-way speakers with separate drivers for bass, midrange, and treble, which helps them handle a wide range of frequencies more effectively. The combination of the KT-845 PP MonoBlock Amp and the Marantz Model 7 Preamp also ensures a clean and powerful signal, allowing the BEOVOX 5700s to deliver detailed and balanced sound even with complex music. Of course, every audio setup has its strengths and weaknesses, but I find this combination works wonderfully for both simple and intricate pieces.
