the lecture was really beneficial. but one important doubt to clarify: at 14:49 it is saying that the viceroy clarified that the grouping was OPTIONAL. but in bipanchandra/spectrum its saying "the mission later clarified that the grouping was COMPULSORY"... its a stark contradictory statement. so please make it clear. thankyou
