I need help resetting the mars bike
The surprise was a Heybike ball cap, key ring, and black t-shirt. I have all three.

I would also like to know how to RESET CONTROLLER TO FACTORY SETTINGS. The instructions on heybike support site are lost in translation. I’m searching for one video that shows how to reset the controller as performing this action. Is one of the first troubleshooting steps heybike recommends when experiencing motor issues.
do you know if theres a way to turn on and off the throttle because my throttle doesnt seem to work even if i use pas and switch to 0 and try it
Any tips on adjusting the speed on a HeyBike Tyson? Just bought one and would love for it to be a little faster.

My tire size and the speed level won't let me change the values at all

I’m having an odd issue my mars bike stopped displaying my speed and my battery percentage I tried replacing the pedal assist sensor and still doesn’t work any help would be greatly appreciated

esentially the rear wheel is waterproof enough to ride in heavy rains. I live in Folsom California and rode through the storms of 2022/2023 and everything on my Mars was fine with regular maintenance... I would suggest lubrication on all essential parts exposed to the rain such as wheel bearings, crank arms, freewheel, etc. Without lubrication after riding in rain you risk bearings rusting and siezing up..

The battery should avoid water.

@@Heybike agreed. if the water gets down into the battery housing slot, one should screw off the cover & let it air dry or dry it out with a blow dryer.
The pedal assist levels are NOT locked out... that's the main thing I came here to see, and it's wrong? Why is this not in the manual or on the site anywhere? It's kind of a big feature.

If my warranty was expired then you wouldn't update the manual for anyone? I just find it frustrating when support doesn't even read the email before replying with boilerplate like that. If I ever need technical support, I will give that information. But I'm just trying to provide some help, maybe point out a correction to an error in your own video.
