Watching this from South Africa (JHB), I appreciate all the wisdom and love you shared on this show. it was eye opening and boosting us on loving ourselves right now not after 5 years.

I appreciate this session. I'm one person who used to have so much insecurities about my looks. But from the time I started saying reaffirming words...always bearing in mind that I'm someone made unique and beautiful in the image of God, I became so confident and the noise from outside me never mattered. Thank you Pastor Sara and your team❤

The urge to be obedient (love) God can be so overwhelming (when we are in right relationship with God) that curiosity pales in comparison. What are you curious about? Why do u need a safe place to land to feel comfortable about exploring what is not for you? God answers us when we are in alignment. God is our refuge and our safe space to land when we are not in sin…

If we take the focus off of, I have to lose weight, that stress alone constantly keeps us from moving forward I believe concentrating on your body getting strong to exercise and drinking water is more important Getting the proper rest that our body needs! Psalms 4:8 I will lie down and sleep and sleep in peace for you alone. Oh Lord, make me dwell in safety. Reduce the stress in our lives, eating healthy, not dieting! Those trigger words “diet & lose weight “ can cause a lot of setbacks in what we need to really achieve or reaching goals in life.

Amazing!!! The relationship that you have with your sister is evolving. You show in real life how the church should react when the people in church are hurt or fall. You show so much love and support to your sister. You've evolved since the "Mother" podcast. You both congratulate each other's gifts. You also understand what a person needs when they appear to mess up. The devil moves back and forth over the earth seeking whom he may devour. In other words; preying on innocent women, widows, orphans, children, and men especially in the church. God said " consider my servant Job. In other words, pick on someone your own size; You're not proving anything. The people of Isreal and others fell because they stopped trusting God. Children are not even old enough to understand. Anyone can rape them when the parents are at work, when the church is teaching young people not to have sex; but doesn't identify rape. Rape is when a young person has been studied by someone else, and something is taken from them. It could be self-esteem, separation from church, God,and family. The child, even at 13 takes the blame for something they had no control. She or he didn't choose it, it chose them. Because Love for God should have stopped the predator, not the victim. How could that predator not recognize that you were a child of God? How could they not decide to protect God's people, His church, and His word? It's time out for the Church shaming and shunning the victim. They need to "Trust God", even when the devil slays them. Guard our young people especially in the church because they will be ATTACKED. They're attacked because of their trust in the church, parents, leaders, and friends, not because they're bad . Gird up your loins with the Truth of the Gospel; Protect them with the truth.

Pure, like righteousness, is in what YOU DO! Just like walking in the Spirit. Every believer isn’t ALWAYS choosing to walk in in the Spirit or they would be in heaven already. Pure and holiness are relative to what you consciously DO! Paul says it best: when you’re not walking in the Spirit, you are walking in the flesh. Similar to: When you are not walking in purity then you’re walking in impurity. Choices & Consequences (good or bad). Thank you God that we are taught to EAT OUR LOSSES to get our lessons. Amen

When ppl say they can’t, they usually mean the Will and the strength is not there to carry thru with the action. This is where mental health challenges (that we all have) come in. Some ppl are addicted to sex and lustful things of the world like drugs - it fills a void within them. So, they literally can’t do what you’re telling them they CAN do with some self control. They don’t have it, and you’re not gonna yell, beat, and judgment it into them. Pray for them, recommend a good mental health professional, and examine yourself for your own weaknesses of inner dominion. We all have enough to focus on within.

We carry sacred. Once you understand that our bodies are where the HOLY SPIRIT lives ull be more careful what you put in it and on it.
