John's small part is what seals the deal. It's like music from heaven

Paul McCartney was one of the greatest and most versatile singers in rock and pop music. Not only an incredible range but could go from a raucous, Little Richardesque screaming tone in one song to another using the voice of an angel and not even sound hoarse. He would alter his tone and timbre from song to song. An incredible singer. Sadly, he's now lost that but we still have incredible recordings from the 60s and 70s that bear this out.

2 mins and 58secs in , fucking hell can be heard on a mid track range , the sound engineer did not catch it , but the kingsmen in 1963 with Louie Louie , their drummer dropped one of his sticks on the floor and said fuck, its on the single and a drum fill was late and front man lost his timing but all left in and was a big hit

It's amazing how well it works a capella. It's the melody, the phrasing, their harmonies (John taking the higher vocal at places), Paul ad libbing counter-melodies in the fade out...Those guys were good.

Paul's voice is so pure tone perfect when you consider what decade its recorded, no auto tune around then. The harmonies from George and John take it to another level it's joyful to hear. You cannot not join in with the na nahs that finish the song. True class of the fab four.🎶🎙🎹🥁❤
