I am going to deep really dig into this despite literally not having to- Anne most likely has the most trauma out of the 3 girls, like, she witnessed her twi friends both "die" so it'd make sense. In the time-skip, Sasha is confirmed to be a therapist of some sorts. So, in theory, Anne is currently asking Sasha what's wrong with her. Funny frog show:)
