Once they have the Finacial Records they will use that as more evidence in court. You never want to get in afoul with the Feds. They stack pile that evidence. That’s why they have 97.5% conviction rate. Then in addition, they subpoenaed everyone who works there. There maybe 25 or more people committing federal crimes.

What if: TH's real job is to be the fall girl. What if herr real job is to draw attention to her and away from somebody else. The only thing that makes sense is that she knew that the party was going to end and everything's going to point to her and she's going to have to do a little time but in the back end she'll be taken care of.
