Hesston Steam Museum | Large Scale Trains Over Memorial Day
Climb aboard as the volunteers at the Hesston Steam Museum ready their railroad equipment for service over Memorial Day weekend. The kiddieland Challenger was hot and the trains were rolling on the 7.5" gauge line. Enjoy the action here on The Steam Channel.

The engine (this is based on) definitely looks like one from the 30's. Such a distinctive design.
Another location to visit on the bucket list.
I have been there. Highly recommended!
Being stuck in the Northeast my closest club is the Long Island steamers but this is such a cool hobby I hope I can support every clubs uploads!!
It’s interesting how that in order to go 1/4 mile you have to go 1 mile in railroading 😊👍

The giant white “Kiddieland” lettering on the side of the tender may give that away
Looks like steam punk meets sci-fi. Looks great.
That looks big for 7.5” gauge
The Passenger Train With the Challenger.
I enjoyed it.
Isn't this the steam locomotive originally from Edgewater park in Detroit , Michigan ?
🎥👍👍👍👍🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂💗💗🙋♂
The Pennsylvania 8102 model should be a ES44DC GEVO! Not a dash 9. The real 8102 is a ES44DC GEVO. My fav is the Southern 1079. Great video. 👍🏻
