A crisp, full bodied and refreshing Lager overall. Very tasty, not much else I can say about it really. 9/10 or an "A".

Haven't drunk alcohol for 5 years, Hertog Jan was in the 'bonus' this week, got a 6-pack...my god it's truly the only decent, moooooore than decent pilsener you can get. Amstel, Heineken, Bavaria, Dommelsch, Jupiler, etc. all catpiss. When I worked as a bartender in a metalbar we gave up the Amstel Tap and just sold HJ bottles, since literally everyone prefered it (and more profit, no contract with Heineken, just buying crates of HJ), best pilsener there is in my opinion. Love that you did a review and gave it a 9/10 overall. To me the taste is 10/10 for a pilsener and it also hits harder than any other pilsener, 6-pack will give you a more than decent buzz. On another note: I'm sitting in a fucking riot between Eritrean refugees in The Hague right now whilst enjoying a HJ, they just burned down a cop car. Brillaint entertainment. Any beer you could recommend me for the next riot I'm witnessing?

Funny how you can pick out a good beer just by the can or bottle, That beer can screams out quality and by the score you gave it well it didn't disapoint...cheers mate 👍
