@gtboy453 Don't forget about the 7,000 offensive yards and 61 TD's Herschel had in the USFL. Part of being a good athlete is consistency, durability, and the ability to play through pain. Herschel definitely ranks higher than Bo in all three of those categories. Heck, Herschel played an entire Sugar Bowl after dislocating his shoulder.

No doubt herschel is the best athlete ever. Whoever thinks hes not is absolutly wrong. If you look at his power,speed,consistency,leadership,sportsmanship,and ofcourse the accomplishments then you can clearly see him as he really is....THE BEST ATHLETE EVER. How could you ever think anyone else is? Especially Bo. Bo doesnt compare to Herschel. Also,look at him now. 48 years old and doing MMA,not to mention the lettering in track and playing basketball as well in HS. Plus the world class olympic

@gtboy453 Yeah, Bo's 3,100 total yards in the NFL clearly overshadow Herschel's 13,000 yards. Of course, Herschel is only competing in MMA and recently ran a 4.35 40 yard dash at the age of 48 while Bo looks like he's been training for a biscuit and gravy eating contest. athlete he was and probably still is! Hes done olympic bob-sleding and he could probably be a world class sprinter if he wanted to. Maybe even today if he put his mind to it. Where is Bo at right now? Ohhhhh...idk.....sitting on the couch right now eating a bucket of KFC wishing he could Herschel Walker.

@srojr2010 Herschel was 220 at his best and bo was 230 , and yes now Bo is fat because he has fake hip, and yeah he didnt but he ran 4.12, 4.13, 4.14 and his slowest timed was 4.18...d then wrong again the world record was held by carl lewis look it up Bo had the second fastest and herschel the 3rd or 4th. The only thing that herschel had more than bo was durability and that we all know and more stamina and could hold more pain. Dont get me wrong tho herschel was a better rb, athleticly bo was

If you want to think Bo was the best ever, have at it but the stats don't support your opinion. If you want to use the whole baseball/football thing, then wouldn't Deion Sanders be a better athlete than Bo?
