Why would you spam Renew like that ? You're oom at like 40-50%. Do the normal playstyle with prayer of healing and circle of healing and you'll see a big improvement.

True this fight is also from couple weeks ago and gear has improved a lot. I heal the exact same and don’t oom.

Actually right. Renew isnt worth it if you are having less then 12% haste since it wont tick twice.
