Watching how the AP combat tracker works. It seems like, if you were using a "lower goes first" initiative roll system instead of highest goes first, the combat tracker would sort who is on deck automatically. I think you confuse some terms in a few places. At 23:53, you mention that Jane's "AP is higher", so she goes first. I think you mean her Initiative is higher, so she goes first in the tie of AP.
