Very nicely put. I like the simplicity of focusing on one hero until they achieve the next color, then start on the second hero with the previous color artifact. Makes a ton of sense.

Great discussion of artifact resource management. I definitely used the method of reserving certain resources for different heroes based on their role rather than dumping everything equally by color into a single hero. I think this is very hero-dependent. Take Keira for example: if she's your damage dealer, you might benefit much more giving her the scrolls for her book and reserving essences for your tank's artifact weapon. However, I see the merit to your preferred method as well. It's certainly easier to manage!

Good advice! I have and will continue to follow that strategy. But sometimes certain things prompt investments in other heroes. For example, if you cannot beat an Outland boss, you may have to focus on other heroes for a time until you can beat that Outland boss, then go back to focusing on who you want again.

It took 2-3 months for me to understand how to level up artifacts properly like you explained in this video (Beginners mistakes). I hope this video will be so useful for new users. (I should have find this video 8 months ago 😜)

a couple good options for leveling. it all depends, too, on where you are in your team development. almost nothing in this game is one-size-fits-all. but outstanding job explaining the benefits of targeted building, charlie. thank you as always!

I've been doing the hybrid version on mobile and the all in 1 on facebook. The first one you will get faster the "rewards", but on long term i think dumping all in 1 as you go on the leveling is more safe as you are less tempted to put "just a bit" in this and that :))

I tend to bolster whoever is dying the most. The tank was originally my main recipient, but with various heroes hitting the middle and back characters, it goes to whoever died the previous night.

Same! Been doing the all essences to one person and working on Corvus and Morgan because I know I’m gonna take them to end game. Gotta be looking into who I’m using next so I’ll have someone transitioning!

So I started right, but shifted my focus too soon when I went to my other heroes. I'm back to collecting much needed resources for leveling on my F2P account but this is really helpful as I'm still in the early stages.

I use the same strategy as you. I like focusing on one hero at a time per color artefacts.

I was spreading my leveling up evenly. I have 2 full teams at blue tier. I think I'm changing this method moving forward and pushing all resource effort to my primary team.

I saw max leveling different artifacts on different heroes at different rates. I've thought of doing that, but can wrap my head around it. I start with my main damage dealer and they get everything until they are ready for the next color, then Tank, then I start on support heroes.

Been following the latter method. Almost have damage dealer at 100 across all artifacts, but now I'm asking if I'm happy with tank choice. Almost tempted to focus an team "B's" damage dealer and leaving tanks that have some survivability where they're at for a minute.

I have never been able to use the other color artifacts I enjoyed the video and I get what you are talking about but how do I get to the point that I can use my green artifacts

thanks for your insight. unfortunately, i have invested in 3 or sets of heros because of the grand arena. i want to win all the battles. with your stratergy 1 team will be powerful but the other 2 will be sorely lacking in all areas. i would like to know how to improve the color on top represented by the ribbon on top of the heroe. i have the primary heroes already at 130 level, i just need to level up the color . for example from violet to gold, from gold to red. ect...

My Keira and Astaroth are both at max level and 5 stars for all 3 artifacts. I'm saving up coins to absolute star one of those. Which one should I absolute star first? I'll probably do books first and I'm leaning towards Astaroth as he's my main tank. Or should I hold off on absolute star and dump the coins onto my team 2 heroes (Ziri + Twins)?

I follow the one hero at a time for leveling tactic, but where do i prioritize star leveling, once i get to 3 stars on every artifact for each of my heroes?

I've been doing them randomly. I have Keira all blue in lower 50s and most of my top 15 heroes are green or higher grey

I concentrate 1 hero at a time, but I give priority to tanks before damage dealer. Supports and Healers get very little actually.

i have learned the hard way that its best to level main hero to green and catch up with the rest team, then go higher. if you spend money it wont hit u hard, but if u dont or spend little, the moment u will follow Charlie's way (thats what i came up with when i started) you will end up having heroes leveled up well and the rest stuck at grey level. this game is done the stupid way - moment u unlock new level of artifacts majority of missions start focusing on that and u will barely get grey artifacts - ur screwed!!! if on fb u can convert artifacts in between on mobile we are screwed. so, i would suggest to focus on 5 heroes instead of just 3, it is slower to start but much better later on.

Well those are basically the same method, aren't they? Basically: -Pick one weapon, one book, and one ring to level. -Once an artifact is leveled into the green range, you can pick another artifact of that type.

I also focus on my damage dealer first, then tank.

basically, upgrade the weapon to 3 stars to have 100% Activation Chance, and then focus on levelling up book and ring.

are you sure there is no "unlisted" benefit for weapon artifacts evolved to 4, 5 & 6 star. The 9 seconds could be longer, much longer at each star. Maybe at 6 star its the boost doesn't end once activated till end of fight or hero dies ? Getting like 3 of stats for evolving past 3 star is obviously a waste. There must be something they dont have listed?

Thats exactly what I've done, so all my artifacts are all still grey and my players are lvl 68, and a lvl 63 was beating me, I didn't know why

What version do you have? My game does not look like yours. I play online

How to evolve from grey to green?

What if my best 5 heroes (main team) don't include a healer?

Do it often do it well reprioritize and understand we all screwed up our artifact focus at some point.

Sweet I've been doing your way for a month now.

Both strategies have merits. Just don’t split the same color artifacts among different heroes. That will slow down your progression.

The big question is whether or not to spend your artifact coins to push an artifact to 6 stars which requires 150 artifact fragments or to spread out the coins and evolve other artifacts? This is because 150 fragments is truly a long and arduous grind without any artifact events. 😕

One of my Hero already on green but only 40 level still long to become blue

Wow I didn’t know it goes all the way up to six stars.

The problem (or one of the many) is that I have like zero of the basic gray essences. I have like 1,000 blue/ green/ red/ etc... But no artifacts high enough to use them. And every day, whether in those airship missions or the chest, I only get more of the higher level ones. And only like 6 of the gray ones that I actually need. And I need like thousands of them! Lol This game needs better programmers at the wheel. It's ridiculous the way it works. Such a shame too. 🙁

I honestly don't like a "formula", each hero on each team has its particularity, functionality, so the priority can change according to the team, according to the hero.
