And banelings, yes. There is. The problem is that sentries cost a ton of gas, don't do much dps, are hard to use with the rest of the army and ravegers can break the forcefields with bile. There was a strategy a while ago centered about immortal-sentry push. I think the name was Soul Train and it was created by Parting.

@@wuschu5563 I guess that's where Oracles become useful, since you're going to be making some against Zerg anyways. Freeze a line of Zerglings, and there's your wall. Maybe it'd be possible to place a Stasis Ward right into the middle of a Stalker group so the frozen zerglings make a perfect circle.

@@Appletank8 In games that are even you don't really need to make a wall with stasis (it's always nice tho). If you have equal army supply and suddenly 10-20 or their is frozen, you can easly roll over the rest if situation is right. Or if zerg is the one of offense, it forces them to back off untill the units unfreeze, giving you time to get more units or finish that storm research.

Real beaut. I live for mass phoenix overcoming low tech zerg.

I want to get good enough to do random in bronze, but my Terran is bad, and my protoss isn't any better. I'm not yet comfortable with zerg yet, but can do brutal campaign pretty easy with zerg and vs ai, others I struggle at this difficulty. I'm not experienced in any PVP, I did some co op and a handful of griefers who attacked me even though we're allied, so that killed my desire to do any multiplayer, any suggestions?

Learn a couple of early game strategies/mid game strategies and just brute force them in ranked. You will lose. Learn from those experiences and continue practicing to keep winning

Google spawning tool SC2 and learn a macro build order, before playing ranked you need to win consistently against the hardest AI. Otherwise you might win some games on ladder but that will be mostly luck, a game like SC2 is much more fulfilling if you understand why you lose which means you have to understand builds. The more pro games you watch the more you will understand them too. Winter's advice is great - most games are won or lost in the first four minutes on ladder.
