സുഹൃത്തേ.... എനിക്ക് 2008 മോഡൽ splendor ഉണ്ട്... ഞാൻ ഹിന്ദി യൂട്യൂബ് നോക്കി യാണ് ഇതൊക്കെ ചെയ്യാറുള്ളത്... കാരണം നിങ്ങൾ പറയുന്നതും ചെയ്യുന്നതും ഒന്നും വ്യക്തമല്ല... ഒന്നും തോന്നരുത്... ഞാൻ ഒരു 4വീൽ മെക്കാനിക് ആണ്... ഇനി യെങ്കിലും ശ്രെദ്ധിക്കു... ഇനിയും പറയാനുള്ള ഇട വരുത്തരുത്.... ഒക്കെ .... 😄😄👍👍

വെറും tuning കൊണ്ട് full mileage കിട്ടില്ല bro, ആദ്യം engine cylinderil piston ൻ്റെയും,piston rings ൻ്റെയും,gap എത്രയെന്ന് check ചെയ്യണം,gap കടുതൽ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ പിന്നെ company വന്ന standerd piston sizil നിന്ന് 25,50,75,100 എന്നിങ്ങനെ piston sizil cylinder നെ lathe intustrielil വെച്ച് bore ചെയ്ത് pistonum cylinderum gap ഇല്ലാതെ correct ചെയ്യണം,കാരണം cylinder ലെ piston നും,rings നും gap വന്നാൽ piston ൻ്റെ മുകളിൽ കത്തിക്കാനുള്ള petrol piston rings gap ലൂടെ engine ൻ്റെ അടിയിലേക്ക് Leak ആയി പോകും,അത് mileage shot ൻ്റെ ഒരു കാരണം ആണ്, ഇത് ശരിയാക്കിയതിന് ശേഷം caburarator, air filter clean ചെയ്തതിന്ന് ശേഷം carburator tune ചെയ്യുക.

Rings സിനു gap ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അടിയിൽ നിന്നു oil മുകളിലേക്ക് തള്ളാൻ സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്.

carburator -ന്റെ അടിയിലേക്ക് തൂങ്ങി നിൽക്കുന്ന ഒരു rubber പൈപ് ഉണ്ട് അത് വെള്ള കുഴിയിൽ ഒക്കെ ചാടുമ്പോൾ വെള്ളം carburator ന്റെ ഉള്ളിലേക്ക് air il വലിച്ചെടുക്കും മഴക്കാലത്ത് ആ പൈപ്പ് ഊരിവെക്കുന്നതാണ് നല്ലത്, പിന്നെ വണ്ടി water Service station ൽ പോയി വെള്ളം അടിച്ച് കെഴുകുമ്പോൾ പൈപ് തിരിച്ച് carburator il fitt ചെയ്യാനും മറക്കണ്ട കാരണം പെപ് ഊരിയാൽ carburator ന്റെ ഉള്ളിലോട്ട് wt.service ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ direct വെള്ളം കയറും.

ഏറ്റവും അടിയിലത്തെ പാത്രത്തിന്റെ screw type pipe -over flow അല്ല , carburator ന്റെ Side ൽ നിന്നും ഒരു Pipe പോകുന്നുണ്ട് അത്.

passion plus awarage 55-60 വരെ mileage കിട്ടും,വണ്ടിയുടെ piston ഉം,cylinder-ന്റെ ഗ്യാപ് കുടുതൽ കൊണ്ടും piston rings complaint കൊണ്ടും inlet valve exhost valve ന്റെ complaint കൊണ്ടും ഇങ്ങിനെ mileage കുറയാം, ഈ പറഞ്ഞ complaint കൾ ഒക്കെ തീർത്ത ശേഷം air filter clean ചെയ്യുക, plug clean ചെയ്ത് gap adjust ചെയ്യുക, carburator clean ചെയ്ത് ട്യൂൺ ചെയ്താൽ 55-60 ന്റെ അടുത്ത് mileage കിട്ടുന്നതാണ്

പൊട്ടുന്ന ശബ്ദം Tankil വെള്ളം കയറിയാൽ ഉണ്ടാകും, പിന്നെ mileage ന്ന് piston cylinder gap വന്നാൽ, valve കൾ എന്നിവയുടെ complaint കൊണ്ട് ഒക്കെ mileage problem വരും bro.
