On throttle mode I get near about 29 km on ubar khabar road, or avi toh barish hain pani vi thi raste me, And yesterday I have made a test on double carry(63kg +56kg )on 3rd paddle assistant mode i.e 80% attistance I get 25(24.700) km on double carry and near about 25%+ charge remain ... Hamne total 1:36 hrs taka chalaya kal haf mere vai half mei ...... Maximum speed 26.8km/h aya And avg speed 14.5km/h

Nice video, i usually do cycling on this route, and return from Y-Junction which is the point you took U-Turn i. e. Old mumbai pune highway point, good route for cycling with elevation and slope, sometimes i travel to new katraj tunnel or lonavla, but i dont have e-bike, i have montra transpro in hybrid and one mtb. Query : - If battery is fully used and one still has to travel 50+ km then is it convenient to paddle e-bikes as normal cycles please advice.

Hi Maddykoko, Thanks for creating such interesting and useful videos for cyclist community. Based on your reviews I bought town master and is happy with it for now. I would like you to do some research and create a video on increasing the range and speed limit of hero Lectro cycles. I came to know that these can be attempted by swapping the battery with a bigger version and by hacking a bit of controller circuitry ( for speed limit). There are more than 10 lakhs unit sold of Lectro and I guess these questions would be on the mind of at least 30 percent of users. Thanks

Down hill breaking not so good. If you live in cold place whre temperature ranges below 10 degree you will get reduced range even in plane area.

Townmaster doesn't have removable front wheel, but has thicker tyres and a rear disk brake. I personally need to remove the front wheel to fit my cycle in my building lift to take it upstairs to charge. If that doesn't concern you and have a charging way figured out, I'd go for Town master. Also note that if you run out of battery, having no gear would make it difficult to climb uphills. If that's what you intend to do, then having a geared one is super important. Maybe consider Townmaster geared version in that case.

Better go for ETRON +. As it has almost same price (after little bargain) thn hero. 3 years battery warrenty. 13.2 Ah battery with LCD screen. Also it has a detachable battery. I purchased from downtown mall newtown.

After riding almost 5000 km, now I have noticed 1 mm. free play in rear hub motor wheel at rim. But no bearing sound or any other problems noticed by me. Nice bike! I've been using an electric bike here in Vancouver, Canada since May of 2006. Had to replace the battery a few times, and replace the wheels because the brakes wore through the rims, but it's still going. They are a very good way to go!
