im prety sure hes making those deaths on purpose, hes goten thousands of hours in the game, he cant possibly make this type of mistakes plus some really strange deaths every single ep, like nothing againts it, the videos are really funny and i really enjoy His vids, but i cant belive he missplays this much with the enourmous experience he has.

@@rainbowcats19 Scar survived fifty hours in hardcore and a few minutes in Hermitcraft. And it's not because he got lucky. It's because he does it for laughs. I do think that his condition makes it difficult for him to, for example, fly in the nether, but usually when he dies it seems like a joke.

I remember watching Scar when I was in college. That was a little over 10 years ago. And that was when Scar would play on his own creating massive dessert biomes, the mother tree, the leaf lawns, the custom cacti, etc. And now, seeing him surrounded by friends in a server is making me emotional in some sort of way. So proud!

this is technically my first time watching a video or yours- i normally just choose one or two people to watch per hermitcraft season- but then i saw your most recent video titled something about a 20,000 block storm or something like that and i was like “you know what? this guy deserves it” and now i’m here. it’s been amazing so far and i hope that you can continue to make such great and inspiring content :)

I love Scar's starting episodes, especially this season. You could say that, as a day 1 hermit, he is outstanding in his field :)

I thought that "setting spawn" was just a bit until I realized right after that he lost EVERYTHING. All the armor and all the tools that he had just enchanted. Never change Scar.

I felt his pain I have to resist all the time, and sometimes you can't resist, a few years ago at my old job working Retail one of my Coworkers was stocking shelves and was trying to put away a box and said "oh my God it's too big I don't know how it's supposed to fit" and I tried not to say anything but couldn't resist and had to say "that's what she said" then she just said my name in a really annoyed tone and I just said "sorry but you set yourself up for that" then walked away before I could get slapped.

Scar, I really needed this. Especially the part where you thanked us all for watching. I- I had paused it right before that part and wasn't feeling too good, and then I unpaused it and you said you appreciated me, and i really can't thank you enough. You've been a comforting light in a hard time in my life, with my grandmother dying last year, my dog dying 5 months ago, Technoblade dying 2 months ago, and TFC dying a few days ago. Not to mention working through a lot of mental health stuff lately. You've really helped me through so much. I really wanna meet you at some point, at Minecon or whatnot. That would be *amazin'.* That would be one of the best days of my life. I hope Minecon starts back up again. So thank you, *so much*, for what you do. It means so much to me and many *many* others I'm sure. You are my comfort KZreadr. You inspire me to look on the bright side, and you put a smile to my face with your antics and humor and just being *you*. I hope you're doing OK. But if you aren't that's perfectly ok too. I started watching about halfway through season 6, when my son discovered you guys. Love MC, and love what all the Hermits do with the game- insane builds and farms, but mostly the shenanigans. Its entertaining watching you guys interact, so from me, a big thank you for not only entertaining all us viewers, but teaching us too. Wish i had enough time in a day to do what you do. Its AMAZIN'.

Literally using beds as explosives before immediately deciding that explosives are comfortable and healthy ways to start your mining session.

i've only been watching any hermit since the summer of 2022. i was aware of hermitcraft but never thought i would be a fan. it took mumbo's tutorials to drag me in out of sheer curiosity. that led to watching the three life series which sealed the deal. after that, i committed to watching scar, mumbo, and grain (not fixing it) through season 7. now, i watch hermitcraft through the lens of seven hermits regularly. so appreciative of scar's work and wonderful demeanor in particular. #TeamScar

Scar: searches for netherite by clicking on beds in the nether Scar: "So, let's set our spawn" Scar: places bed down in Nether to set his spawn. Yes, that is exactly how you set your spawn in the Nether.

This is the best starter base I have ever seen. My starter bases are little holes in a mountain with no interior decoration or exterior decoration. just a small chest, furnace and a crafting table😂

As a Spaniard, I feel compelled to say that “matador” means bull fighter. It’s someone who “fights” bulls in an arena with a red cape. And to those wondering: yes, it’s barbaric and yes, a lot of Spaniards want it abolished. And yes, Scar looks like a green matador.

Haha!! I too didn't actually know about the word, like Scar, yet I do know about bull fights. It is good to hear, in my opinion, that it is wanted to be abolished in Spain, because it is frustrating to see the bulls... Be treated like that. Anyways, thanks for clarifying! :)

@@gamingnubs7628 because many people feel it's extremely cruel to the animal. The death is not quick or painless it's dragged out and done for entertainment. Basically the same reason people don't approve of dog fighting.

@@gamingnubs7628 in my grandpa's town (I'm Mexican) they do it that way, they have the bulls that are specifically for that and whenever there's a bullfight they just take them, annoy them a lil do the thing with the cloth and take them back to their stables. Still there's an argument to be made as they do have to startle the bulls so that they'll actually charge at the matador tho

Grian and Mumbo are like the Ant and Dec of Hermitcraft, with Scar being Steven Mulhern (in all the best possible ways)!

Mumbo: lets kill Grian!! Mumbo after Grian gave him iron: we should kill Scar.

Scar: actually gets good gear Also Scar: "sets spawn" in the Nether and loses it all to fire🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Honestly, this is the second or third video of yours that I've watched. The first was from your clips channel iirc. I mostly used to stick to the redstone side of things so had been subscribed to Mumbo for a while and knew of you through the Hermitcraft series. Was never moment in his videos where you didn't bring some form of entertainment but I always still knew you as the terraforming/big tree guy and as that wasn't really my style of play, never felt compelled to come and watch for myself until recently when said clip channel video popped up in my recommended, in which you opened up about how your disability effected your video making and how you conquered it. Then and there, I could see what a kind and positive person you were regardless of hardships and that the excitement you show in your videos very much mirrors your excitement for life as a whole. I only hope that one day I can have even half your lust for life and see the world as you do. All that, combined with your general charisma and extraordinary talent left me feeling like I couldn't not subscribe and stick around so here I am. You've got my sub and I can't wait to see what the future holds for you. All the best, man ❤

i was sitting here absolutely losing my mind, he said it for the first time and i was like "no you better not" and then it looked like he wouldnt and then he frickin did

I'm not sure if anyone's noticed, but the Playlist has the episodes out of order. It starts at episode 7, and then goes down to 1, and then back up to 8.
