It takes a certain level of patience... I could likely cope with armor stands. But I used to edit bot files in Robot Arena 2 to make parts overlap that shouldnt for realistic effect. This entailed command lines similar to the armor stand book but even more complex, even taking my skills to a bot of the month & a tourney win.

Everybody has been so incredibly generous this season it feels like. It's all been "Hey take this." / "Oh, you need some blocks, I have 10 stacks you can have for free." / "Here's the diamonds I owe you and here's your 50% tip 'cause I like your face." It's ridiculously wholesome.

I watched the stream where Impulse and Tango were preparing the first platform and rounding up the piglings, and i realized 2 things: it is important to see how much effort and time it takes to complete such a big project. Watching just the result doesn't give a proper idea of the amount of effort needed for stuff like this, and can be somewhat discouraging. Seeing things happening in real time is inspiring and makes me understand that even professional Minecrafters like these two guys need a lot of time. And 2: the friendship between Impulse and Tango is so wholesome and fun!

I think my favorite moment from those streams was when Pearl decided to "stream snipe them" and flew the 5000 blocks out just to stealthily play the "murder song" from last life. Made so much better by these 2 not noticing the record start and promptly being very scared. That to me is peak pranking (even if all the secret fools pranks were more work/elaborate and a joy to watch).

Perfect example of why I love the hermits all being together: that little interaction with Joe during the deal with jevin. It’s neat to see natural little interactions with hermits, especially ones I don’t regularly watch! And the voice chat mod just makes everything so much better!

Tango is a savage for smacking you into the death pit with 603 levels in you 🤣

2:44 I know you were uncertain about including the full stream clip with face-cam reaction when it came up during the stream but I think you 100% made the right decision! The face cam really drove home just how badly the creeper got you (+ teasing the youtube folk with a fun stream clip might encourage more of em to come hang out with us on twitch :P )

It was so blessed to see so much of this happen live on Twitch. Impulse was trying so hard to keep from spoiling Bduds' interior while streaming, and then Bdubs came out of nowhere and insisted on giving a tour! Didn't matter that Impulse was in the middle of a stream.

I love how tango and impulse both uploaded their videos at the same time!

Bows have a random value they roll every time you take a shot. In addition, they lean towards your shooting hand, so aim right when playing right handed, and left when left handed. Crossbows are more accurate, but slower, as they do not roll the precision value.

I did not expect to cry at the start of the video... R.I.P lava walker 2 :(

These videos are just so fun to watch. The technical bits, the fun interactions, even the mistakes that you leave in. I’m sure I’m one of quite a few people who are attempting something inspired by this on their own servers, and letting us learn from your mistakes is truly a lifesaver. I was MOMENTS away from despawning my own piglin when I remembered “I don’t like the look on your face, Tango”, swung back around, and popped a name tag on him. You saved me SO much time by leaving that in and I appreciate it

I don't know where to say this, but I left Minecraft for all of season 8 and had a busy life after covid was still completely quarantining me. Now I've started watching hermitcraft and just made my first survival world since 1.16 and honestly I'm just so happy to be back in this wonderful community, like just listening to Otherside is awesome for me! Old news for others but idk I just feel awesome rn.

My favorite episodes are those when you interact with other Hermits. The interactions are always so genuine and fun! Such a great community.

I think how you did the "Stream Flashback" worked very nicely. (I know you were debating how to handle it in your recent livestream.) And seeing your face -- and you're reaction -- made it that much better! Thanks for all of the content! Loving every minute of it.

I watched Tango's video, then I came over to watch yours. That Bdubs portion was awesome! That pity you took on him, "What's that on your back?" lol These collaborations, whether directly with Tango or indirectly with Bdubs make this server so great! And the randomness of Joe arriving through the portal and being scared just adds to it.

If impulse had a farm for iron,emerald and gold, we would have 3 fairies, which are definitely enough to make some hermits happy perhaps.

Wow the Whither Skellie farm looks Amazing! So huge! It’s happy to have the Derp Duo back in action! Bdubs did so so good on the interiors! Your shop has come to life! Not sure if it's better but I have seen some good farms that use Dogs along the edges to scare the wither skeletons closer to piglins. It lowers the amount of funnel points you have to have with Piglins.

That farm isn't just bananas or bonkers, it's banankers I've never seen anything like it I love it! I don't think I'd want to do that work though.

This farm probably wouldn't look out of place on the scicraft server. ~360 wither skeleton skulls an hour is insane. But now you need an insane bartering setup to provide the obsidian. The soul sand too.

I think of Dante's Inferno when you mention the layers on the wither skeleton farm (and being in the nether) and I think it would be funny if you guys continued it :)

The flashback to the creeper moment in stream was awesome! I love the laid back nature of the streams, so I'm also happy to see them incorporated in some way! I'm really enjoying the different (editing) styles you're trying out. Keep it up Impulse!!!

23:54 i think iskall's season 6 wither skeleton farm was bigger, just because of the insane amount of buttons he had to place to make a perimeter but overall, great work! it's always fun to see you and Tango work together, and even more fun to see insane results like this!

You could do a game called iSteal. The idea is you take something from someone else and replace it with something from the corresponding chest/barrel. For example, you could take some dark oak and replace it with birch. Of course you have to sign up.

With all those wither skulls, Tango should work beacons into the Nether Hub design. He could make the main room a mosaic. I'll have to suggest this on one of his videos or in a stream. The last one I caught he was still brainstorming ideas.

To solve the fall damage issue use powdered snow instead of lava, it doesn't act as a light source so you can use it to reset fall damage and make the skeletons 1 punch kills

Surprised nobody has made a shulker farm yet. If you've never made one before you should go for it and there's another new shop for the second floor of Bdubs' gorgeous interior.

now you need a piglin bartering farm, to provide the soul sand, a shulker farm and a full auto tree farm to provide the boxes to transport all the drops

Impulse and Tango (alongside Zedaph - Golden Trio) are professional. Chaotically Professional.

I think it’d be interesting experiment for your shop to sell skulls at 1 diamond, Stars at 4 and beacons at 5 just to see if hermits prefer to pay the “crafting tax” 🤣
