These “little” goofy projects are what I missed from hermitcraft. It felt for awhile that the hermits were so afraid to do silly things or smaller projects bc the season was winding down so quickly. It felt like everyone needed to hurry up and build mega bases as quickly as possible. Glad it’s going to be a long season. It’s less stressful and more relaxing to us viewers

Absolutely! As much as I love seeing their amazing creativity and mega builds, sometimes it’s incredibly intimidating. I know that’s just in my own head, but watching a brilliant Hermit just have Fun is really relaxing and relatable 🙃

I feel like the hurry Up and make big bases was the cause of it being a short season because they all have done everything already. So it was a cycle dont have long because they think they dont have long.

iskalle, i really really appreciate how you approach hermitcraft. each episode feels like we're playing right alongside you, because you take your time and genuinely enjoy the early gameplay. i feel like a lot of hermits this season are overworking themselves, creating mega builds for each and every episode, trying to updo their last episode. of course they are awesome builds--but all we get to see is a bunch of time lapses and its less personal. it's so much more fun in my honest opinion to watch hermits take their time with the early game small builds and enjoy playing the game instead of feeling like you have to meet a certain standard each episode!

Instead of mixing cactus green dye and white dye to make lime green dye, smelted sea pickles will give you lime green dye on their own. Sea pickle farms arent as passive as cactus farms, but the one i built produces more sea pickles than id ever need after an hour of running the farm. It uses bonemeal, but you have the skeleton farm so thats no problem😌 mine was also small and easy to build. I know youve built the cactus farm already, but a sea pickle farm may be more worth it and you will use less materials in getting the dye.
