sometimes im amazed at the marketing genius that Grian is, Tegg will not only cause tons of shenanigans, it will allow hermits to tour the bases and builds of other hermits, which in turn may cause that hermit to gain more followers as people will see something they like and hop onto that channel to see more of the person that created it, it will also make the community feel even closer than it already is, which seems to be the point of this season. im not sure how many levels he saw into the whole TEGG idea, but there's enough to talk for a while.

The composters actually makes perfect sense. I say that because dark honeycomb just is a sign of age and growth of a bee colony. The comb becomes darker an darker over time due to the comb being used more an more for brood. So I would keep the composters in there for added effect.

20:32 Scar just giving building tips and I'm blown away by how deep this thought goes. We all live within an expression of our own personality that grows as we grow. It starts with a bedroom when we are young and discovering who we are and grows into a house/apartment as we grow as a person and when you invite someone into that space you are sharing with them who you really are. Gives you a different perspective if you think about it.

It really does look like an endless Enderman vending machine XD That Endless Ender Vender is a critical utility on the server. I think almost everyone is using it. Wels deserves some major recognition, especially with as early in the season as he got it going. (go give Welsknight a chance if you haven't, guys. he's got a real chill style of video, pleasant to listen to)

Scar: Ive proceeded to break no blocks! Immediately takes a torch off the wall and breaks 2 blocks.

I'd suggest a natural wagon that looks run-down and rotting but it's full of nature growing inside it, like a coral reef in a shipwreck, flowers blooming inside it, as if nature is taking over the human world. It'd sell all sorts of goodies like moss, grass blocks, dripleaf, glow lichen, flowers, dyes, grass etc.

I have a 'tegg' idea... have it between a ceiling and floor connected to tripwire hook so you know where the player is. When they're downstairs it is visible upstairs but hidden downstairs using pistons and the other way round when they are upstairs. You're not braking any rules and it's a guaranteed win. Enjoy! ;)

This is my first season of hermitcraft, its been fantastic following all y'all folk; I dont want to play favourites, but scars positivity and creativity and attitude, everything about his vibe is great, these vids bring a little sunshine into my cold aussie winter. Its so inspiring that scar can be going through bullplop and having to miss vids, but still be such a great content creator regardless and maintain his positivity. @@sparx0s both are homonyms of "eyesore" as in something that isn't particularly nice to look at. Impulse's iSoar is made of a mishmash of unsightly blocks and is also a reference to him putting "i" in his shop names and to they elytras he sells, and "I's Ore" is just a lump of assorted ores and a contraction of "I is ore". It's just a lot of fun wordplay

Agree entirely. I get so excited when I can hear it quietly starting in the back ground and he starts introducing a time lapse... I can't not have a lil dance when it comes on

Scar should connect his base and the bee wagon and make 1 donkey on a lead "pulling" them.

It's absolutely the details that make or break a build. The bee wagon is a fantastic example, there's such a massive difference with the added detail to really sell the idea of what the build is meant to be. Hope you're feeling better soon, Scar!

I think it would be hilarious to guard the dragon egg using mobs. Like, you could keep some skeletons, or even a creeper if you aren't afraid of some of your base exploding, where you keep the egg. It would deter people from wanting to grab it

Scar if you ever take down the ore mountain make sure you silk touch the deepslate emerald ore. They are EXTREMELY rare and will be even rarer come caves and cliffs part 2

Your advice really helped me a lot because I’m doing a huge underground mineshaft base build and I haven’t quite figured out how to make it look alive

I think what gives builds a good part of its soul is the builder, which is why scars builds are always so amazing and creative, he just brings so much joy and humor to everything.

Scar, you need to make a custom map with your slogan “A surprise every time” or use banners
