Iskall, I think you should put the tree, cobble and concrete farm somewhat in the middle so that when you are AFK there, you will be loading in the industrial district and not any unnecessary chunks. I’m only mentioning this because if these farms are on the side of the district, then your player will be loading in more chunks that could cause mobs to spawn. Extra mob spawning leads to server lag and nobody likes that! Anyway, have a gr8 day awesome person reading this!

I'm guessing the move was probably planned before the growth spike he got, if only because a pandemic would otherwise be a really odd time to start looking for houses (and the growth spike came within the pandemic).
