I totally agree, that you should have them differemt each week, and perhaps they should all be kits, like the one with the beacons is obviously a beacon kit, there could be a builders kit with a bunch of terracota and other various building blocks, perhaps a woodcuters kit with an amazing axe (thanks to the villagers of doom) and a bunch of wood, a food kit, breeding kit, trading kit, I think their names speak for themselves, thats the idea I have in mind, I hope you see this, Mr. Iskall, love the series, love the channel, keep doing what you're doing, much love from Lithuania❤

...And which fires people out of a TNT cannon if they try to enter without a pass. (Most hermits wear elytra all the time, they would be fine. But you could always put some hay-bales or slime blocks on the roof if you want to be extra-careful with them)

The original description of Sahara Now did sound like it would be like Prime Delivery to make things faster, however the way they are currently describing it makes it sound more like it's about exclusive items available for a limited time at a first come first serve basis more like the Amazon Treasure Truck. That being the case, speed isn't as big of an issue as exclusivity.

For the ding of a cycle put a dispenser and a bell

Or book loot boxes. Where every box has a specific book, and a few that are randomized. People with lots of diamond will be willing to "roll the dice" now that the iShop is diamond based because 1 good book and a chance for more if its 1.5 to 2 time more expensive than the iShop variety will ensure that no conflicts arise from undercutting like the log shops, and will provide an alternitive.

For an extremely discounted price. In my opinion, for sake of simplicity and consistency, I think all NOW shulker boxes should be 10 diamonds. For the Did-You-Die boxes, you’ll no doubt take a massive loss, but even the slightest chance of getting the deal of a lifetime might entice people to join.

Build a raid farm and sell emeralds or totems of undying and just all the stuff you get from the farm???? idk just a suggestion or maybe you could sell a shulker box of mending books???? But I think a raid farm is a good idea

Saharas next step should be monthly auctions, it could pose a profitable way to sell things with a lot of demand.

Put a gambling machine in the slow Sahara to get extra money and to entertain people while they are waiting

Iskall, here are some ideas I had for Sahara Now's shulker box rotation. I hope you like them. One idea to go with the sea lanterns is to sell end rods. You can also sell wither skulls and soul sand/nether stars with the rest of the supplies to make a bunch of beacons for cheap (the trade off being that the hermit who gets this must craft the beacon themselves). Definitely some of the supplies you get from the top tier villager trades could be nice because they're easy for you to get but not for the other hermits. Might be worth the diamonds to them? Passes to various Architech-controlled farms could be nice, especially the nether farm. Not sure how willing you are to letting people into your farms, but it could be a half decent suggestion. Maybe make deals with various other hermits to their mini games or shops to offer coupons to that area, and in exchange your business partners give Sahara and the Architechs a cut of their profits from said mini games and shops because of the free advertisement. I would sprinkle in passes to the Mumbo-Destaching machine every few weeks. Gotta keep mumbo on his toes. ;) Just some thoughts I had. Each of the passes suggestions I think could work one of two ways: it acts as a coupon to the thing and lowers the price of it, or it completely negates the cost. Might work between the Architechs and the rest of the Hermits. I'm sure y'all will figure that out.

You definitely should prevent access to that second floor unless you have a sahara now membership card. Here's a list of things you could provide in boxes for sahara now: - gold carrots - fire resistance potions - end crystals - shulker shells and chests since you can't put shulker boxes in shulker boxes - A kit filled with redstone supplies (repeaters, comparators, pistons, observers, rails, hoppers, redstone blocks/dust) - A kit filled with building supplies (smooth stone slabs, all concrete types, all terracotta types, some of the wood variants) - A kit filled with various tools Instead of providing the price of the stuff in the box on one of the items, you could rename the shulker box to something like "Double beacon kit [10 diamonds]" so that when they open it, they don't have to go looking for it.

If I was a Hermit on the server I would sell my mob proofing services.

1.) since xisumavoid keeps delivering wither roses, perhaps here's where you can recoup that by selling them at cost and make that a pretty staple product? 2.) a row of golden carrots (9 s tacks) 3.) lighting: ie: sea lanterns and end rods 4.) Since you just learned about it, blocks of quartz! Crazy Off the Wall Idea: leave a slot open for other vendors to essentially pay to unload a bunch of stock for a week, like, give you 10 diamonds to stock the machine with like 9 shulker boxes of x and they set the price, so people without storefronts or obscure ones or who just run into a lot of excess stock can essentially make a mini 'deal' with sahara

Make a membership card with some kind of machine that checks if you are a member or not before you can see the shulkerboxes!

Suggestions for the boxes: - Golden carrots - Glass blocks - Concrete (powder) - Wooden logs - Nature package (leaves, flowers, coarse dirt, etc) for decoration/terraforming purposes.

A box with Shulker Shells? A box with Redstone components? A box with various "pre-converted" Concrete? A box with Golden Carrots? A box with Emeralds? A box with Mending Books? All for sale...

Grian's original price for them was, what, 3 stacks of diamond blocks? So 10 diamonds would be a huge price drop. I'm not sure what the going rate is on Hermitcraft at this point for a full set of diamond gear (plus elytra) - of course part of the reason Grian's boxes cost so much was because he didn't have a good strategy for producing them (he actually crafted the diamond gear from diamonds rather than getting them from villager trades) so maybe 10 diamonds is a reasonable price...

Ideas for Sahara Now: -someone with a membership should get 64 golden carrots after every purchase -in one of the weekly shulker boxes you should put diamond pickaxes that say "sub to iskall" -in the Sahara Now lobby, (the second floor) you should put music -you could make it so the only way they can get in to the carousel is if they drop their membership, and when it opens and they walk through, they get it back (kind of like the villager trading membership in the shopping district) -you should sell concrete in one of the weekly boxes -maybe put glass in one of the weekly boxes Those are all my ideas for now, P.S. love ur vids, and can you pleaseee make a tutorial for the carousel? Like so iskall sees my ideas

I think that some of the shulker boxes for #now should be tailored to building needs. For example; Stacks of both green terracottas, grass, leaves, fences, course dirt, gravel, ect for a landscaping box, Stacks of common carpet colors used for mob proofing, glass panes, stripped logs, and building blocks for a builder's box, Stacks of stone variants in full block, half slab, and stairs, and finally Stacks of accent blocks like bookcases, vines, fences, gates, trapdoors, sheared grass and flowers... This presents the customer with a wide selection and perhaps even a little inspiration.

One of the Sahara Now boxes should have three pieces of paper renamed to "Grian will help you design a build", "Iskall will help you with your base", and "Mumbo will help you build redstone"

Grian: "The Mob proofing thing is iskall's job" Iskall: *Grian should Mob Proof his builds* Me: *Ah yes,the Architechs doesn't know what Mob Proofing is*

Iskall85, villagers can replenish their trades as many times as they want between 2000 - 10000 ticks (work time)

You should go with the "Kit" idea. Like having enough iron to make a beacon and then even like an emerald to start it up! You have kit boxes for small handy readstone builds with instructions saying what it builds. Kinda like IKEA put it together yourself and save! lol Maybe a camping kit with a campfire, a bed, various camp food with a jukebox and a nice soothing record, Maybe a kit to make a chicken farm, or cow farm. A kit to make a statue. Or a build beautification kit that is filled with flowers and plants. Maybe a vending machine in a box kit! A potion making kit! Enchanting kit! Furniture kit! A KIT TO MAKE KITS!!!!!!!! You could call it a Project in a Box!

1) You can watch other hermits videos weekly too, and come up with Sahara no(W) deals that you think they will really NEED 2) You can also sell villagers now, and let the buyer zombify them on the spot

I gotta say iskall has my vote. I love the ingenuity of the vending machine. Even though his genius machine is slower and more wasteful than doing it in bulk. Since it takes less resources to cure in bulk. The design and everything blowing me away
