Ahh! We share the same love for Constance! Unlike you, I am not brave enough to plunge into the mini world as yet - the smallest Constance that I have is a vintage C23. I also have a C24 and a Constance Cartable (which fits loads, of course). Now your review has made me rethink my aversion to mini bags. Great thing about mini bags is that you can have them in nice, funky colours! Looking forward to more videos from you, Claire!

I would like to know your opinion or a comparison inbetween the Celine Box Bag and the Hermes Constance! Do you think they are very different? Is it worth spending more just for the sake of owning a Hermes?🤔

I strongly disagree with the statement “owning for the sake of having a Hermes”. If this is how you feel, I would def say don’t get one for that reason. Although, I am aware so many people buy for the sake of it. They would take any colour or size just to own one. They are expensive so you need to love it. In my opinion I’d rather one Hermes bag over two Chanels, with the new prices some of the Chanels are the same price as a Herme bag. I’d def rather a Hermes over three/four Celine (level) bags. It’s not so much about the bag and only that, it’s about personal preference. Some people dislike Hermes altogether. I didn’t consider Hermes until I could afford it, that’s a good start. I thought I would buy one, enjoy it and move on. But I’ve grown to seriously adore the brand. I will admit that I love having a bag that there is very few of. I can’t help it but when something becomes so popular and so saturated on social media, it looses the appeal to me. I love my chanel trendy, I still love it but I don’t adore it like I used to due to how popular they are and how accessible they now are. I find all hermes bags very practical, the different sizes, the choices of leathers, the long straps etc I love the colour options, constantly changing them and every colour is far and few between making even more exclusive and rare. Lastly, the quality is the best out of all my bags. Not shaming any brands but I have bags I’ve paid over £4/5k for and there is GLUE seeping from the hardware or fabric as the interior. Hermes quality is the best of the best. Once you have access to buy a bag, the service is like no other brand for me. So for me, it’s more than just owning a Hermes. I love the bag, the design, the quality, the exclusivity and the service that comes with each purchase. To answer your other question. I don’t dislike the box bag at all. I’ve personally never been drawn to it. The quality is not as high as the Constance and of course they are very accessible with limited colours compared to Hermes and what they offer in terms of colours, leather, hardware and even size. For me there is a clear winner with Hermes but it’s all about personal preference, what you want in a bag, do you care about exclusivity etc

Hi Claire! Thanks for the informative video. What is the wear and tear like on the H clasp? Has your Constance 24 clasp got any scratches on it? My Hermes H belt which I love scratched quite quickly.

It’s as to be expected. The top half of the H clasp on a Constance comes into contact with the bottom half of the H every time I close it so it gets scratched. You can see a little in the up close filming.

Hi Claire Just a quick question. In the Video you mentioned it cost £4’600 did you buy it on store or preloved? I thought this bag would cost arround £8’00 to 10’000 so I’m kinda surprised

I think everyone is surprised because Resell prices are super super high. The £4600 is only a mini bag so it’s not the same price as a 30 birkin or 28 Kelly, those are around £7k+. The price isn’t bad because it’s a mini bag and yes I bought it direct from the store as explained in the reveal video. I should have linked those videos. The resell is so high because it’s extremely hard to buy direct from the store. It’s hard to get hold of one so resellers get away with the high Resale price.

Love this bag! Need to know the price as I’m currently saving up for another Chanel classic flap but this might be more up my avenue! It’s casual yet still very dressed up for the evening 😍

Oh.. I just checked her channel and she DELETED all of her videos! They were still up yesterday becuase I rewatched one. I have a feeling she was being threatend or maybe even had an attempted robbery happen. She got over 200,000 views on her burkin videos. I bet she didnt want so much new unwanted attention and deleted her videos.

She said the price in € and added it on screen in £ I’m confused 🤷🏻‍♀️ ?

I don’t buy Hermes bags in euros, I would have referred to £s. The title of the price is the price and it’s clear in the title from what I can remember Re this video. If I mention Euros I’m just trying to convert a rough price for other countries tuning in. The price I paid is £ and that’s in the title.
