Hi, I saw on KZread using a blow dryer on high, but with a towel placed on the bag. Helped with scratches and misshaped leather.

I would try getting a bag shaper/organizer for the misshapen Kelly. It may help hold the shape and force it to flatten it again.

i think i've seen some videos of people undoing anti-deformation with vapour, but i'm not sure it would work on Epsom leather.. it does work on Chanel bags though

Hmmm that’s a hard one. I would say 28, as you can wear if both everyday and night (without the strap, makes it more elegant).
