I like the bottle (and scent). What’s wrong with late 90’s early 2000’s?

YES! I just bought it for my 24 year old son for VD Day! I loved it upon first whiff and was super excited something new was available from Hermes. My son, husband and daughter loved it too. The salesperson didn’t really know anything about it! I also could find practically nil online, so very excited to hear your review.

When i first sampled this i was like it's too metallic, herbal, but as it dried down it really smooths out and couldn't stop smelling my wrist. I went back to Nordstroms the next day and bought one. Definitely an original scent. I love it. And i like the bottle 😁. Great review Sebastian 👍

I haven’t tried this but I recently got myself ( at a pretty good deal) a Rose Ikebana for the Spring! I am so excited to rock it!

Great review. I'll wait for the flanker in Edp and Parfum in a few years. We know they will do that.

My first impression was that it smells like a fougere fragrance and I like fougeres a lot. I love the smell of this scent and it will find it‘s way in my collection very soon.

Can’t wait to get my nose on this. Sounds like another masculine classic. I like the bottle. I think it goes exactly with what they are going for. Masculine, simple, classic. I don’t always get the bottle design issues. I prefer understated elegance. Very much in the realm of a Cary Grant type. Great review, as always and you have definitely solidified my decision to order a 100 ml bottle. Cheers!

Just got the fragrance today. The petricor note you mentioned is spot on.

I smelled this in a duty-free shop while travelling, the scent lasted forever on my clothing. I put on that jacket a few days after, and I started smelling something very pleasant when I realized it was the smell of this fragrance. So addictive. I wanted to smell it once and once again. I went on to watch reviews just to find that everybody is giving not good reviews, untill now! Great review! will definitely buy this one. it just works for me. greetings from Ireland

Let me put it like this Sebastian. Of all the fragrances I heard about that was to be launched in 2021, this is the only one I have been interested in. From all the rest I expect a variation of bubblegum.

Very curious to smell it, I'm a sworn Hermes fan. Good to hear it's not more of the same and that Hermes still have their game.

So H24 is a light EDT, eh? But we all know by next year we will have EDP/intense/extreme/parfum, all sorts of flankers

I enjoy Hermes fragrance. i have Twilly and Eau d'Orange Verte and both versions of Jour d'Hermes. really great scents.

Sebastian , it might be one for the rainy weather . I love vetiver scents for the rainy days, not saying this has vetiver , but TdH hits that mark for me nicely . Well , if it doesn't sell well, I'll be able to pick H24 at the discounters for a better price. Got TdH Vetiver for a good price. Thank you for your honest review.

Really curious about this one! I love Hermès 🌹

I'm a bit late to the party with this fragrance but on first sniff from a sample it reminds me instantly of Amouage Beach Hut Man. It has a toned down minty/nettle smell in the opening like Amouage BHM on my skin but it's much thinner, more airy with a faint banana mouse type smell. Very clean and pleasant smell without being a shower gel scent. I like it, just need to see how it performs? I am drawn to the bottle though.... something about the simplistic design appeals to me 👌

I think this bottle and smell will grow on us. I like the direction. We are very close to a world where this will fit in perfectly. It is right around the corner.

Got this yesterday, and I really like it. Completely different from everything else I got in my collection. I actually like the bottle as well🤷‍♂️ Great review as always👍

The bottle IS a bit uninspired. But I'm looking forward to smelling it, although I would probably prefer a "heavier" fragrance.

This juice performs 9+h on my skin with a good 2h projection. Its unique and not everybodys cup of tea. I love it

As soon as I saw it will be EDT, I said No! It happens to me with Terre d' Hermes EDT, which I prefer way better than the EDP which not necessarily will be more off-putting or powerful, it will have more depth and probably add some notes like with Terre d' Hermes. Thanks for sharing, my friend

I have no problem with the performance. I like the smell because it's something different in my collection. If you think about soapy steamy clothes being ironed and then smell h24 it makes sense (was the inspiration of the perfumer).

I don’t mind the bottle. The smell is the most important thing which I really like.

Just bought it love it is light but a original scent not smelled before it love.

What an outstanding review. I really like the fragrance, but it's soooo light. I'll keep reapplying.

Trying it from a sample from the Hermes shop. A couple of small squirts on my left arm are still giving off a nice comforting earthy/green vibe after 9 hours so longevity isn’t a problem for me. I like it. I’ve not seen the bottle itself but it’s pretty minimal. It’s a fougere but without any lavender which is quite experimental but it works.

That was me too. The bottle instantly reminded me of the edp version of Al Haramein's Solitaire (an awesome fragrance) but with a different cap. At a glance, just like with Angels' Share, it reeked of cost-cutting. Can't blame them though, given the current environment.

I was quite surprised to see yellow floral as one of the notes. I’m definitely curious to try this.

I do think the bottle's simplicity (my sample bottle is a mini-version of the "real" one) is entirely consistent with the fragrance's lightness.

I am loving mine it's fresh and metallic.

The bottle is very Hermes same line of Terre , Galop and Voyage . I loved

Terre is my favourite perfume of all time but I am worried I won't like H24 after seeing your review. I like both the EDP and the EDT version of Terre. I have owned over 5 bottles.

I guess no one beats Cartier when it comes to bottles in the Designer segment... I will try it once the stores open again, but I guess I wait till next year when they release the more intense version.

Sounds like a great frag. But intense would be great. Yet I'm sure it is very likable and you would not get enough. And your right the bottle has more to be desired yet the top is classy. Go figure. Great review and it will be a hit 😏

Regarding the bottle - rhombus shape is actually part of Hermès logo (check out the cap of the bottle - rhombus between the word of “Hermès” and “Paris”)

When I bought HdT Eau de Vetiver Intense they gave me a free of sample of H24. It's going to take a while for me to make up my mind about this. You're right, it's nearly not there. Extremely light. Nearly getting hyperventilated trying to pick up what's there.

Just got mine. I love the scent but like you said, it's just skin scent. After about 4 hours it barely gives out any projection even in hot weather.

I think the bottle is going for what Hermes is advertising. It gives me the whole eco friendly aesthetic. Simple and looks kind of like something else should have been in there before they put perfume in it. It looks recycled and reused. It's really not something we're used to in fragrances which is why it probably looks plain to most.

Agreed, I think the bottle design is well executed and almost futuristic. It is fitting in with the eco friendly focus in the world, as we transition into electric cars and what not.

I’m a fan of Christine Nagel and Hermes as a brand. I was so excited for this fragrance, but I was so disappointed, I had to return it the very next day. Way too synthetic in my opinion, kept giving me head aches, just wasn’t for me. This is just my personal experience and opinion. I’m pretty sure most people will like it and it will fit them perfectly.

I love my bottle of terre d' hermes, it started me on my path to understanding fragrances. I have not had the opportunity to try H24. Shoot me some samples if you have any.

I am 6 years vegan. And now "weak" colognes stick and project purely like never before. I love most fragrances consired as not concentrated 😁. 30ml last a long time with me.

I like the bottle. Reminds me of the original mens DKNY fragrance.

I think Dior might be in a class with Hermes in regards to men's fragrances. I don't think the same of Chanel.

The bottle actually caught my attention. I saw it today and was intruiged. Thanksgiving for the review!

Sprayed it on, came back an hour later to add another layer ... my reaction was, “this is it?” I don’t can’t remember where I smelled this before but I have. Very safe, office scent and then it hit me. In the early 00’s I wore Herrera 212 and it was a BOMB, then half a day later it became a skin scent. My laundry basket had the same leftover dissipated 212 scent. To me H24 has the same utility as Aventus, when I’m in autopilot, I don’t care mode, I’d spray this on for the masses. It’s like pizza, who doesn’t like pizza? Bottle looks like Declaration w a generic top.

I think it is the best designer stuff lately because of its uniqness. The bottle looks very good.

I sampled it today, but i get the green narcissus more than clary sage or metallic or anything else... It's a really nice fragrance but i only get a hint of clary sage, especially when it is overdosed in the formula (and apparently clary sage absolute too). I was surprised that clary sage just smells like a dress up note when the notes they claim sound like it features clary sage. Well, maybe i will wait for an EDP?

Bottle looks fine,will this being a light fragrance work better in the warmer weather when you body heats up,maybe 🤷🏽‍♂️👍🏼

Great review. I wore it yesterday. The opening and mid are outstanding. It is obviously an edt concentration. The dry down is green. Performance is average. Will it do better than Terre ? Idk.

do you think fresh fragrances from creed like aventus or virgin island water, or fresh fragrances from dior prive like blade suavage and the cachemire are better iyo?

First of all I liked the bottle

I thought it was a marshmallow smell but that was the rosewood that I was getting.

I do enjoy clean lines on a bottle and how clean I like them depends on the fragrance itself. It has the look of a Spring/Summer fragrance. Open, airy, transparent in appearance. Curious to try it. Might make a nice Summer scent for this year.

This is Tom Ford's YSL Pour Homme Rive Gauche in the metal black and white bottle from his limited days there. I reached deep into my cabinet to see if I still had it, and they are pretty much identical. I got mine from a discounter for $22 back then. Now it's reissued in a glass square bottle. It was his throwback to old school barbershop scents, when he was trying to inject some 70's machismo into the house (the M7 days).

I actually really like the bottle, it’s interesting and attractive in such an awkward way. Hermes wants to stand out, and I get that.

I dont find it light, most people say it is strong, with metallic note. I love this, for me it is perfect in all facettes. For example Muglers Cologne is much lighter in projection.

Bottle looks like it wouldn't be out of place on a minimalist metallic spaceship (so very early 2000's!). Sounds pretty interesting although the poor performance is a miss

Just smelled every damn fragrance in the department store, and ultimately yes, what a boring bottle. But if you’re a distinctly sophisticated chap I think this is a must, it’s unique. Reminds me and my female friend of David Bowie, she loved it as well by the way. No issues with it whatsoever. There won’t be a huge audience for it as it’s not as big a fashion house as a dior or Chanel etc. So garenteed most blokes in the UK won’t rock it. 9/10
