I think the lock should be behind the bag… and not in front 🤷‍♀️. I never seen it in front..

The lock is test usually styled at back but it can be used as functional lock at front. I have also seen many photos of people styling the lock around the clochette strap… maybe I can show it in follow up video 😉

I hope the Hermes designers see how difficult this bag is to open, stiff, and hard to align. They should present a new bag to their board of directors and ask them to assemble a brand new bag for the first time and see how difficult & frustrating it is for them. The plastic on the handles HAVE to be replaced. Thats cheap for a bag in this league. Essentially you bought a zipper pouch that attaches to an unusable bag. 😢

Thanks for your comment. Agree with your points. I need to see how I go with using it and do an honest review later on. Currently waiting for a organiser to arrive before using and let’s hope the leather soften up :)

@lillypuddy. It’s a nice bag and mix of materials. I leave the lock on the back. I get a ton of compliments on my Hermès bags. I have the Her bag and sac a do(book bag Her bag). They take a licking and keep on ticking
