June 8, 1997, Paladium, Peter Noone is joined onstage by the three living original members of Herman's Hermits. This was their first reunion since 1971. Sadly, Derek "Lek" Leckenby had passed away in 1994. This was also the last time they all performed together. They performed 5 songs. Mrs. Brown You've Got A Lovely Daughter, No Milk Today, Sunshine Girl, Something Is Happening, and There's a Kind of Hush All Over The World. Wayne Fontana is featured at the end singing with them. Peter Noone has his own version of Herman’s Hermits in the USA. Barry Whitwam, the original drummer has his own version of Herman’s Hermits and tours Europe, Australia, and New Zealand! I love the original Hermits! Great to see them together again! Thank you for the upload!

Since Peter's nickname is Herman, Barry should have no right to take that name in any way. Barry will never be remembered as "Herman". There is only one.

I saw HHs starring Peter Noone- it was Great!!! 3rd row. The fans are wilder than myself!!!! Some saw them countless times. Nov 18 2023 Peekskill NY at The Paramount
Yeah this is brilliant, I wonder if this was arranged beforehand or did Carl, Keith and Barry just decided to go and see their former leader and Peter just happen to spot them in the audance and call them up got a bit of nostegia?

I'm pretty sure it was planned. Keep in mind this was 1997, before social media was a big deal, but someone had a camera ready to film for 18 minutes, uninterrupted. I don't know if it was a surprise but I believe it was definitely planned. And in addition, the thumbnail is Peter's father, surrounded by the four remaining Hermits, so his father was present. Again, with Peter having such a long career, I doubt his elderly father went to a lot of his concerts. Not having played together for so long (26 years) they would've needed to rehearse at least a little, or perhaps catch up on the old tunes. I wish I had a better version of this. It was originally posted by Karl Green (yes, the Karl Green) and I tried to note that in the header in case he sees this, to give him credit. I could ask him I guess.
Wish they'd do one more tour together...just one.

Peter still tours with his “ Hermits “ in America…we’ve just seen him do 3 shows in vegas..we live in the UK 🇬🇧 so decided to go to America to see him😊

I doubt it. Peter and Barry have had a lot of conflict and lawsuits over the bandname, and the two still bicker at each other on social media over it. It was just seem weird one day, amidst all this, for the two to just come back together
So does Noone only tour USA? It will be a while before he is back to NY. 18:31
