No, he's no Tukker, he swopped it with negro. This is because Tukker means stupid heikneuter (hillbilly) and negro comes from the Latin niger, which means shining black.

This song is part of his first theatre show after he was diagnosed with a form of leukemia... He had already stopped working, because he was empty, no inspiration, writer's block, however you wanna call it, and then he became seriously ill. The whole show, 'After the break', is about that period of being empty, getting to hear how ill you are and staring death in the eyes. Death, he explains, is a small boy, that one friend that will never ever leave or forget you: it is a sensitive child, that loves beauty, and can seem unjustly cruel when he is too overwhelmed by that beauty. Do not think too badly about your best friend... He then tells about artists who deny death, and deny heaven, and he sings this song, at the very end of the show.

1:17 In an interview he told he wanted to become a poet, but they told him he was a comedian. They also presented his show as being fully in dialect, while he had pain in his cheaks (from trying not to speak dialect). If i'm right, this is part of what he jokingly calles his 'godsdienstwaanzinnige bezigheden' which I can not translate exactly but means something like extreamely religiouse hobbies. He is an amazing comedian, wonderfull poet and suprised everyone by managing to fill churches for gregorian mass and not only with elderly people.
