I enjoyed how Hermes flew their artisans all the way here to give us an insight into their craft. Oh it was! We could touch and feel and chat with the artisans! We could ask about their personal journey, their craft and everything in between! The interactive sessions and hands-on were eye openers! I will try to film the silk screen printing!

Thank you Sandy! I know bag and leather lovers like you and me would love this workshop! I was impressed with that leather that was restored from under the ocean... (check out that scene with the HAC, plumes and bolide bag!). Glad you enjoyed it. I will hope to cover the Hermes silk screen printing too, a pity it was really crowded and i couldn't wiggle my way in. TFW hun 🥰😍🥰

Thank u so much hun! I loved how Hermes would rather spend on this free workshop/exhibition for us than random product advertisement. I think it makes so much more sense to appreciate the craft and man-hours behind all our luxury goods. I think it leaves a better impression and product knowledge for the average consumer like myself. TFW hun! 🥰😍🥰

Same!! I was so impressed by the tableware section. I was totally unaware each piece is painted by hand! Now i will look at it in a different light and appreciate them more!

Thank u Elle!! I enjoyed chatting with the artisans at the Restoration Department the most! I will try to film the Hermes silk screen technique in detail if i get a chance! Hope you enjoyed it my dear! It is a little noisy but u can hear the Craftsman's explanation behind all that noise 🤣😅🤭

Yes i was pretty impressed myself. It's only an exhibition/workshop where the craftsmen explain and demonstrate their craft but there's no boutique there. So there's nothing to be purchased. It's a great learning opportunity even for those not interested in the brand! 🥰😍😚

Oh... it's in singapore. They flew afew craftsmen down to singapore for a week fot this exhibition. I believe their next stop is Kyoto Japan! We could sign up online, but there's also a chance to walk in anytime.

Yes it was. I was blown away by the sheer talents in that exhibit. I will forever treasure all my Hermes goodies and be always reminded i am beyond blessed to be able to afford and enjoy them.
