It depends on a country, Hermes again exists. In Asia and USA huge prespend is mandatory, in EU there is wishlist system and this is why you got your Birkin without huge prespend. In Paris there is lottery leather appointment system. And there is absolutely nothing fair about it.

Thank you ! It is indeed unfair to apply different systems to different countries 😩 I don't understand why this difference ?? In Europe you still cannot simply go and ask to be put on the wishlist - I wish 😅😊

@@delphinthecity I don’t understand it too, maybe it has something to do with how many people in each country want it or something like that. Where in Europe do you live? I know that in Uk anyone can be put on the wishlist, it doesn’t guarantee the bag however. I live in Asia at the moment, i don’t want to do prespend in store as I refuse to buy items I don’t love. And buying from resellers is not an option because I’m scared to get a fake bag. Wish they make system more fair.

I am indeed in Germany ! And I completely understand, I don't really see the point either in buying things that you don't like... If you like the brand and would buy anyway, then fine, otherwise there are many other beautiful bags to spend money 🥰🥰😊

They still do have a wishlist concept, I did a video about it, I chose the elements of the bag I wanted, and had to wait until it was available 😊 But at least some years ago it was the SA decision to let you on the wishlist, there was no guarantee of walking in, simply asking for the bag and getting on the wishlist 😊 Enough people tried that with no success 😩
