As the Bible says everyone will have an accountable for what he did weather good or bad and as a mother or father your children are part of you to hold responsibilities on them so if you died having issues with your children you will have accountability for that. Have you ever heard a prophet in the Bible who didn't teach his children well and his children were stolen from church money and sleeping with women in the church, God punish the prophet for not teaching his children well and the children too got their punishment. We just have to do our part and let God be the Judge. The children were wrong for neglecting their mother - irrespective of how bad their relationship was.
