I remember listening to a rare Concrete Sox LP at a a local record store over here in Peoria, IL (US) 5 years or so on headphones there...cool stuff man...but they had a 'steep' price tag on it unfortunately.

Steve wrote me that Heresy was listening to Youth Korps a lot back then.Just sayin'.

I have the cd boss tunage released with the demo, flexi etc on it. I also prefer the demo/flexi over Heresy's later stuff.

Grindcore evolved from extreme hardcore played by bands like Heresy, Ripcord, Larm, Siege, Negative FX, Deep Wound, Neon Christ, Cryptic Slaughter, S.O.B., etc.

@Simon Achebe G-anx are an Agressive Thrashcore band but yes played a proto grindcore clearly

Yes British scene was incredible in the 80's..Heresy, napalm death, electro hippie, ripcord, Extrem noise terror, etc etc all great bands!!!
