Here's Why You Shouldn't Run From The Police #5
► Code Blue Cam Merch
www.codebluecam.com/
On November 29, 2022, an officer attempted to pull over a speeding vehicle in Wauwatosa, WI. They refused to pull over and lead police on a pursuit which shortly ended after they were struck by another vehicle at an intersection. As police attempted to place him into custody, the suspect initially complied with commands but decided to make one last shot at escaping.

He had many behaviors indicating mania, and also he appeared to believe that he could be let go if he persuaded them that he had to meet someone. The two things you mention are unrelated, using mind altering drugs while driving impaired and local rules about homeless people sleeping in public parks or obtaining free food have nothing to do with each other. The town I live in has several free meals a day for the homeless. There are nice shelters as well. Some choose to stay on the street rather than follow shelter rules. I'm not saying homelessness isnt an issue, just not related to driving impaired laws
