The main reason roblox had this issue was because a game called Blox Fruits updated to update 20 and since its been so long and the update was hyped up so much over 2 million people tried to play it at the same time. It first happened at like 1:40 because i was playing with a friend waiting for the update and then when it updated at 3:13 roblox crashed

Hey DevKing, i have been recently been working on a basketball game. I have it all set up except for the poster/contact dunks. I havent experimented with it yet but im pretty confused. How do you run a touch function where it only runs when a player with the hasball value equal to true and dunking == true touches another player? Thanks in Advance. i'm pretty sure the friend limit was more than 200. i even think you could have any amount of friends at one point and they were able to change that to 200. i think they did that not even that long ago either

It worked for me, but chat messages were slow and some games like Blox Fruits has no servers. This Downage might have been caused by Blox Fruits and it's update 20.

I worked for Roblox as Roblox Community Intern; the problem is that servers are having an outrageous amount of serivce in one particular server that show a "pop" like a balloon exposed, but Roblox is working on it right now as fast as they can with meetings with management.

Roblox basically like make another website where they recall the website entirely slowly over time and then once it's fully ready and they think it won't have as many issues they could implement it onto Roblox by closing this type down intentionally for one day or however long it takes to do or they could maybe like do it where they work on it a little bit in a separate file and then I don't know how websites work but just a hypothesis

As a Roblox addict, the major Roblox outage of 2021 was a really big experience for me and Istg I still just remember the pain. It was very sad, and I remember that I was just truly devastated. Sitting in my gaming chair, having nothing else to do. It was very depressing, and put a true strain on my relationship with Roblox. Very sad, and I remember watching Kreek to cope. Horrible experience. 0/10.

My IPad, (which I’m currently using on KZread) IS very strong, so when I go into a high or normal quality server or game it’s able to run it even though it says there’s a issue in the lobby tab, I think I’m pretty fine

It happens so much though…

The outage yesterday was just like an hour right? It didn't feel like long, I just spend like 20 minutes on KZread which felt like 5 minutes and roblox was back on I don't remember seeing that picture on the site

Even after the servers get back up... 2 days later... The effects are still here.. Me and all my friends who barely lagged at all on Roblox, Are now facing 10x the amount of ping.

Can we just take a moment to appreciate the people appriating the people who are appreciating

this video was very helpful actually EDIT: it works for like 5 minutes at a time and then i refresh and it just gives me the "503: Service Unavailable; No server is available to handle this request."

For me, currently Roblox is working perfectly fine, just a few bugs with the database but the real problem is that for some reason the internet is down in many countries right now.

Yeah i just noticed whatever i play sometimes it discconect me like here i play funky friday it just dissconected me i thought it was my wifi or strongest battlegrounds the duels dosnt work and so ttd was fine but i got dissconected maybe it is a update

I think this might be why the break in 2 origin ending timer restarted

My theory why Roblox is down because Blox fruits released update 20 I saw Kreekcraft streaming it and my friends more than 10 were playing Blox fruits probably bringing attention on accident to make people make update 20 viral about it and making people go crazy and join it. Then Roblox gets a issue like that burrito maze game because so much people were playing it. Another reason is because Roblox is approaching a big update but turns out that the whole site crashes cancelling to play things and search stuff buying stuff and have lots of bugs. Roblox go touch grass now

roblox is working for me like everything is but when I try to join a game, it just stays on the loading screen like it NEVER loads like I was so excited to play Blox Fruits because it updated but since it's down right now, me and my little brother have to carry a frown for the day.

Theory: If it was last time caused by too many people joining the same game, it could be because today flee the facility, blox fruits, and tons more games updates. Blox fruits accumulated roughly 2,000,000 concurrent players today, which could be why everything went down. Too much traffic.

It’s been several minutes without the social networking platform known as roblox.. my dad left and my hamster died, they couldn’t bear the news of Roblox’s servers being down all I have left is to endure the outdoor nature and walk my pet fish… the agony of not being able to play roblox is shredding every inch of me, I can’t Gluck Gluck Gluck on anyone anymore and I’m about to commit with the rageblade inside of my room.. Its because blox fruits updated. The game updated and instantly over 1.8 million people filled the servers of the game. Roblox cannot handle that many people joining an experience all at once especially after a game reopens.

It’s been 3 minutes without Roblox. I can’t go ahead with this any longer. My mental state is in complete and utter pandemonium. I cried Myself to sleep 4 times today. I feel paranoid that Roblox may never come back. Roblox has the only thing that brings me joy in this cruel life for 7 years now, and I won’t be able to recover mentally or financially if Roblox is gone. I’ve spent over $7000 on roblox this week alone, I even bought $5000 worth of Roblox stocks because I trust roblox. I told my mom through tears and she yelled at me calling me a “failure” and saying she knew she should have been on birth control, although, Roblox being down has had its positive impacts on me. My IQ increased by 40 and I’ve been thinking more critically. When I saw the “we’re making things more awesome, be back soon” page, I vommited, I just hope they mean it when they say soon. I even started praying again, I’ve been a dedicated Roblox player for 12 years, and I began to pray to god in hopes of Roblox coming back, I even learned arabic to pray to allah. I hope Roblox comes back soon, I don’t know how much I can handle this.
