I mean, you have to acknowledge that the world is OBJECTIVELY more dangerous for women and a lot of us men don't deal with rejection well. Emotionally repressed dudes turn into stalkers real quick. In that context, ghosting makes more sense and is -- dare I say -- completely reasonable. Though we will take it/feel differently when it happens, the truth is that it often isn't personal at all. It's not a response to something YOU have done. Rather, it's appropriate, general fear of what any guy may be capable of doing at the lowest common denominator, which is what women have to prepare for when they get out in the marketplace of dating. It's a truth that we men do not have to deal with and that privilege can make us oblivious to the experiences of the women in and around us. That some of these women couldn't articulate this in real-time on the street doesn't change the fact that this is generally why. A couple of them did call it out as fear and again, that fear is NOT unfounded.

I have to disagree. Ghosting is the more humane option. If you go around telling people the truth, it's a gut punch to the ego.

The excuses to validate ghosting are completely ridiculous. It takes10 seconds to text "Hey it was nice meeting you but I just don't feel the same way as you do". How can some of the girls in the video say they would rather ghost to not waste the guys time. Huh? Shoutout to the ladies that were honest and accountable.

Ghosting is so prevalent in germany....at least in my own experience. I am a handsome young man and got ghosted soooo many times, it's not even funny any more.

This video just popped up on my phone and I have just watched it, finding it interesting to say the least. In my opinion, we all need to be ready to accept the acceptance or rejection from another human being. I think, it is straight plain cruel to "ghost" anybody. Communication is key in any relationship, therefore, we should all learn to say the truth to set oneself and the other person free, mentally, emotionally and therefore, physically too! A person gets more hurt and damaged by being ghosted, than by being told "i am not interested" in what best way we can or know, not doing it, adds an emotional and mental pain that the person will be projecting on others and make relationships harder to make and maintain. I love honesty and truth, they go together. And if it is a no, then it simply means a "yes" is with someone else, all good and happy!! Thank you for making this video!

Kids communicate poorly, as you grow up, you should get better at it. So many girls already know what they like and will not give you their number, it's the same. I actually think that ghosting is an immature thing to do and super rude. Why not end it for good by decently saying your goodbye-at least a closure. Be truthful even if it hurts. That way, you can move on with peace of mind that you didn't leave anybody hanging. I was ghosted but didn't know I was being ghosted as I don't operate like that... 😅.
