Yes over simplification here. Van Allen belt is down in thickness and still not stable. Also they are saying that the Atmosphere will save us give me a break. More sun burns more intense radiation . Not enough time to go through everything.

I wouldn't worry too much. It's not going to be 6 individual x-class. They're combining to make 1 or 2 bigger ones instead. DOH! 😳🤣

We are at 6 X Class solar flares now all Earth Facing. CMEs hitting our Magnetic fields which are weak. The Sun can take out our power grid for decades Hopefully not this time.

@@memesandfun1 I hope it will not be worse than that. We are not informed about this event here in France. I had to look up Noaa and Nasa for information. I have family with kidney failure issues who depend on the grid...
