Yeh, they mentioned that this is the version they focused on fixing the stability and it does seem more stable for me it still crashed like twice but no where near as bad as previous versions

It's a pity Magix seems to abandon audio and surround in Vegas. No improvements, new features and fixes related to audio. I would have hoped the audio bus (which removes track panning information) would have been fixed, but it isn't 😢

I just decided to do most of my audio stuff elsewhere (Reaper mainly, which is originally inspired by Vegas/ACID, so it is quite easy to use), and use VEGAS mainly for video.

I searched it on my windows search but if you can't find it go to your vegas pro 21 folder in program files where you installed vegas pro and there should be the machine learning exe setup file

Windows security blocking this software wen trying to install.

Vegas 21 is the best version ever - stable, fast and tons of features.

In my case it improved rendering (I use Voukoder), but mainly the timeline and general stability is much better.

when i import mkv, this program vegas pro 21 stops responding, what can i do, i have a high end pc

It no longer imports MKV nor burns Blu-ray discs. Stick with earlier versions such as Vegas 18.

How does Vegas Pro compare to Davinci Resolve , which I'm using now ?

It's harder to compare from what I've seen because davinci has quite a lot of advanced features but the way vegas is heading its definitely on its way to that competitive level

@@VerticDesigns Thanks. I'm using Resolve Mostly because the Color grading is what I've heard is "Industry standard". I was warned to buy Vegas Pro , because it crashes a lot. I guess you have been using it for some time. Experienced some crashes ?

@@Jon1a yep. A lot of crashes... it's the main reason it put me off because I've had many times where i lost projects or got so annoyed that i ended up finishing the project in premiere pro. In this version its only crashed once and froze about twice which is better than before. Also I will admit the colour grading in vegas is great, simple and easy to use. I've not used davinci so i can't compare unfortunately

i cant drag and drop any yt downloads anymore.. what can i do?

for some reason in the newer version there's a setting that stops drag and drop by default but I just can't remember the name for it so the only option is to use the explorer tab in vegas

The adjustment event, how am i able to make it miss a clip under it?

just drag the edge inwards to avoid the clip under or just split it and delete section

@@VerticDesigns hmm I’m not sure if it fix my problem. I’ll have to try it tomorrow but just for the case it’s doesn’t and I did not described my problem correctly. i have a main Clip and above that 5 more clips. I want the top five being affected but the main clip not. The top ones are laser beams that lay above the main scene.

How come you didn't finish removing the lady? Didn't it work, or the program crashed?

It worked fine the background was removed i just didn't add a new background because I've done separate videos more in detail about the effects so I've kept these showcase clips as short as possible just for demonstration

Hey bro I was wondering if you could let me know how sapphire works in Vegas pro ? I have Vegas pro 21 but I want more transitions/FX but don’t understand how it works

You just download the .exe file, install and relaunch then in the video fx and transitions you'll see a S_name of effect

From what I've read on their website and the version I used in this video was MAGIX VEGAS Pro Suite 21, I don't think it has it. I'm guessing the Vegas Pro 21 Edit is their basic version of their bundles so you may need the Suite version but the safe way is to just download Vegas Pro 21 Edit trial from their website and see if it does because the trial versions offer everything the program has to offer but for a limited time of only 30 days.

It randomly crashes about every 10 minutes for me. After trying all the settings fixes posted I don’t think this version is stable for a lot of systems or certain Nvudia cards. It seems like it’s a memory leak, but who knows.

@@pythonflying Is vegas 21 crashing like this? I just did a project and can't even render it and its got me pissed off. Im using vegas 20 and hear 21 is leaps ahead of other versions but the crashing and when you try and render it crashes is killing me. Been using vegas sense 2014 and really don't want to switch but its getting unbearable. After hearing about vegas 21 i had renewed hope but looking for more conformation.

Do u use vegas 21 edit ?

I've just had another look and yes. Mocha Vegas is only included in the Suite and Post version. Edit is only Vegas Pro

@@VerticDesigns oh, pity I did get the steam version. Question. How does the ml upscale work? I drop it as an effect and the upscale slider is greyed out and seems to have the number on it preselected to match the project settings when my clip is lower res. But after rendering it still looks basically the same. Am i doing something wrong?

Still laggy my friend, Filmora is far better.

The only new thing here is Vegas seems to of gone woke. The latest version no longer burns Blu-ray discs although the option is there. Come back SONY all is forgiven.

Lol. Useless AI masking and thats it. Kinda gay update.
