You want the flavor of the food to shine through. If the only issue is that there’s not enough salt for you, then if there is a salt shaker on the table, simply add more salt to your dish.

Hi Darius! Have you tried Crown maple syrup they sell at Costco? It’s yummy. Also do you know anything about the food at Alinea in Chicago. I would love to visit for the experience but it’s a little pricey per person hence they are a fine dining restaurant. Hope you’re doing well and have power in H-town.
