I'm happy that you found this video helpful! I always prefer to do it in premiere pro if its possible and it doesn't take that much longer than it would in after effects, so I decided to make a tutorial in case there are other people like me out there.

NOTE: If you want to give it that paper kind of texture, the only way to do it in Premiere is by adding a Brush Stroke Effect. Change the Brush Size to 1 and Stroke Length to 1 as well. Also if you want to give it that choppy effect to the whole animation, just nest it, press on the nested layer, go to "Sequence Settings" and change the timebase to 15 fps. That way only the nested sequence will be affected by the change of fps and NOT the whole video. Take care!

Other way is you can use turbulence effect to lower the frame rate

I believe that Adobe should already include these types of presets within the program, just like CapCut has with many of its effects.
