@@adriandiaz631 That has nothing do with it. Just want to see the development of Maxx after one season to Tyree. I feel that Tyree could be a watered down Reggie White, playing all over the D-line. Getting 6-8 sacks a year, forcing double teams if he learns a few moves.

Having a full offseason will help Wilson tremendously. I really like him playing inside on passing downs, with his power he can move guards and blow up the pocket. Something we haven't seen in a very long

Also his size and long arms can make it difficult for the QB to complete those passes over the middle. Overthrows, tipped balls and ints

I knew he was a project when we drafted him. Last year Tyree's best ability was availability... played in every game right, coming off a really sketchy injury. Tyree will be fine, he need a year anyway. He made it through last year without aggravating a very serious foot injury - anything more than that was just gravy.

Wilson going to benefit from single blocks. And when offenses have to use 6 blockers vs our 4. Guess whose going to have an exceptional year. SPILLANE. You saw how much trouble Spillane gave mahomes. Spillane will blitz more and with good success.

Rooting for Tyree this year. Still wondered what McDummy and Ziegler were thinking. Gonzales and Carter were both there and would have been difference makers from the jump. We've invested too many 1st round picks on projects instead of impact players.

They made a good gamble taking him. You hit the nail on the head--athletically the guy does so many things you can't teach, considering he learns how to be a pro you're talking about a game changing individual on the football field

I haven't written off any of our players we gained under the McD. McD held alot of people back from displaying their true athletic abilities. I am going into this season with the outlook of assessing our whole team. From HC down to the UDFA. I want to trust the process and see what AP can bring out in our boys! Let's go Raaaaaaiders!

Great breakdown without ripping the player. I think he takes the next step in the right direction. I believe he did ok last year due to coming off his injury and missing some offseason.

Definitely don't want to rip him. I think he has a high ceiling so let's hope he reaches it! I agree with what you're saying. He did okay, especially in the 2nd half.

Some people take a couple of years before they get caught up to the speed of the game. Wilson is no difference, once he gets it, look out he can be a force for years to come.

I think Tyree will improve his game this season. I really think that the game was coming too fast for him last season. I am sure he had a plan but like Mike Tyson say's "Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face" . I think the game will slow down for him this year and he will improve - but it's up to him to be great, he has to really push for it.

I moved out of the bay area recently(Was there for 7 years).. My wife was running a business from our home so we split the rent each month ($4350) as a business expense and our living space. But I moved to Placer County about 4 months ago.

I was ranking the Raiders best players on defense. It was something like - Maxx, Hobbs, Chandler Jones, Koonce, Perryman.. So it wasnt comparing the two directly lol

It took Malcolm Koonce 3 years to develop and have a break out season last year. Tyree Wilson showed plenty of flashes after coming off an injury as a rookie. Tyree is only needed as a solid rotation guy inside and outside of the D-line. He'll be solid at worst this season or have pro bowl numbers at best. By years 3 and 4 he'll be a nightmare matchup on a loaded Raiders D-line.

Well, he has been working alot with Maxx so maybe he picks up more. And learns to mix it up.

There is a fair amount of click bait in Raiders Content creators. No shade, it is what it is. I've not always agreed but who does? I appreciate the consistency and constructive criticism of this channel and have always enjoyed it.

I feel as if Tyree not gonna be able 2 play his own game/style if He keeps feeling that pressure of a top 10 pick and having Maxx on the same D-line. Let him develop, he was a reach/project coming outta college. Year 3 is where's its at.

Wilkins didn’t breakout till his last year of his rookie contract which was last year lol. Hes gonna play the whole contract anyway so even if he doesn’t pop in year 2-3 I think year 4 will definitely be his best year idk if he breaks out. I think he’s a dominant run defender and a decent pass rusher at best maybe a 5-9 sack guy. If he breaks full potential then the sky’s the limit. At the end of the day he can be dominant he just needs time.

Not many highlights from last year, I would definitely be worried.

He’s gotta fine tune some things. But think him being injured/rehabbing played a part way more than most thinks

Same here. Was really disappointed. Those type of picks set teams back. Unless Wilson becomes a top 5 DE, then it was the wrong pick.

I think it's the coaching next year you're going to see a different Tyree Wilson in high school we learned the d line all wrong when I started college ball coach was like you learned bs my sophomore year coach told me I approved alot I went feom red shirt to 3rd down rush edge all because I learned techniques and counter moves also footwork

Love your content brother, but your going to be wrong about Wilson. He was injured last year. Scouting report was Jalen Carter was going to be better first couple years , but then Tyree would surpass Jalen because has a higher ceiling. He will end up being one of the best picks in the draft. It surprises me that no one gives players that 3 year window anymore. Some players take time to reach their peak.

That rip move was a fail but his size and strength still put the pressure on mahomey. I think hos floor is pretty high just based on size and strength alone. Hoping he develops some skills!

Being hurt or not, you can see a players traits early on. With Koonce the flashes were there. With Crosby, they were there.. IMO If you dont show those flashes early on, chances are you will not be a good player.
