    Yeah man Scotty is the best. Saved me a ton of dough. Nothing wrong with my engine at all. Reflashed ecu and ran for 125k with zero probs. Then I got top dollar selling it with A: Having all paperwork. B: Steam cleaning and degreasing the engine compartment. C: I took Scotty's advice!!! HAHAHAHAH😸

    I'm a home grown mechanic for my 69' Chevelle (family owned and have driven since I was 18, now I'm 62) and 48 y/o Plymouth, learned alot from Scotty's videos for my modern cars. Listening to Scotty has helped keep my childhood 1965 lawnmower running as good as new. Yes, mowing yards for money when I was in first grade, I LOVE THAT MOWER! So thanks to Scotty, it seems that mower can't wait to mow my 3/4 of an acre.

    @@sicilyny5375My dad was like that back in the day. One time his Oldsmobile was running rough. He sent my brother to the garage to get his timing light, and by the time he came back my dad had already been turning the distributor and listening. And I'll be damned if he wasn't dead nuts on with the marks! He's rolling in his grave for sure at the technology in today's cars. Back in the Day an engine swap was white a morning or an afternoon? If that! Nowadays, it's a minimum of 12 hours just to R&R an engine.

    More people need to watch these. So many people have no idea to do the simplest thing. They'll look at an engine & know absolutely nothing & intimidated. Then end up getting scammed or ripped off.

    Hey Scotty, it’s good to see you talk about these different tricks as I need to learn many of them as it seems like several of my vehicles are giving me a little problem here and there. One of them they’re telling me that the cylinder is bad on My truck but I think I’m going to have to watch your video a couple of times so I can understand exactly how the electrical portion works and get down the routine. Anyway I enjoy your videos and your enthusiasm I hope you have a great day and hope you keep making good videos to help us all out

    He looks older and less energetic to be honest. I watch his videos daily around 6-7 years ago. Stop watching it and watch it again recently. There are 6-7 years gap and I saw a significant difference but thanks to him, 80% of my car knowledge were coming from him. I used to know nothing about cars but now I repair all my family cars as a hobby from engine, wiring, suspension, brakes to car painting & polishing. He help to awake the sleeping tiger inside me LOL

    I just bought a used car the other day and my mother's friend is a mechanic when he was looking over my car he pulled out his phone and I heard a familiar voice, I said "you watch Scotty too?" He said "oh yeah all the time" I learned a lot from watching your videos to the point where I can even perform my own simple maintenance on my vehicle, thank you.
