Here's a recipe for anti-fail steamed sponge with a spoon measure and tips for overcoming it.
Recipe:
12 tbsp sugar
2 medium-sized whole eggs
15 tablespoons flour (triangular noodles)
1/4 tbsp sp/tbm
50 ml of sparkling water (sprinkle)
1 small sachet of vanilla powder
pinch of salt
a few drops of food coloring
Mix all ingredients until thick, about 15 minutes.
Tips for dealing with steamed sponge that is deflated/not expanding/failed:
1. Use about 1 to 1.5 cm of water when steaming, so that the water doesn't hit the bottom of the dough.
2. When steaming the lid of the pot is wrapped with a cloth so that the water vapor on top does not drip on the top dough it will make the dough tough.
3. When steaming the steamer must be really hot so that the dough can expand perfectly.
4. Steam for about 15 minutes and should not be opened.
5. Mix the dough until it is really pale white and traces
so the recipes and tips may be useful for all friends.

Mungkin airnya yg bawah kebanyakan.. jadi pas mendidih terkena adonan bagian bawah.. terus tutupan panci ga di kasih kain.. jadi airnya netes ke adonan.. jadi Bantat dehh.. semangat mencoba terus ya... Bikin adonanny jangan banyak2 dulu..
Kak kalau cara mengatasi adonan yg bnyak gelembungnya n encer gmn biar tdk mubazir dbuang

Maf baru sempat balas.. Yang pertama2 bahan harus sesuai dan pas. Tentunya yang berkualitas bagus. Biasanya aku pakai tepung segitiga. 2. Jika adonan bergelembung mungkin bahan pengembangnya sudah lama. 3. Bahan pengembangnya terlalu banyak/tidak sesuai resep. 4. Jika adonan bolu encer, seperti video di atas cara mengatasinya dengan di oven ya kak. (Tidak disarankan menambai tepung,ia bisa kental akan tetapi jadi keras)Semoga bermanfaat.. happy cooking

@@nurularifah8322 harusnya 15 menit sudah halus dan mengembang ya kak, tanpa pengembang jg sudah bagus. apa mungkin kecepatan mixernya kurang?
