Now expand the Sunrail to the airport. The track is already there! It's crazy that it doesn't exist already

Airports. Only go like once every 1-2 years yet they get these insane renovations. Wish public transit which I use everyday can get the same love, it is so third world in Nyc the subway. They renovated Laguardia though.

First thing and foremost, please add more bathrooms at the Orlando Airport. For the Men's room, when I fly Southwest for terminal A it needs a few more toilets as opposed to urinals because sometimes I dont just have to pee. And people in the stalls often take their time. Even for the urinals there is a line too. If I go to another bathroom, same situation, at that airport.

Any idea when new non-stop international flights will be announced due to Terminal C opening? Can I dream of Rome, Florence, Barcelona, Madrid, Istanbul, Nice?

Are they ever going to fix the roof leaks and the moldy smell? Perhaps keeping up with maintaining terminals A & B would be a good thing for the first thing people see when they arrive in Orlando. Terminal C is great, but let's focus on getting MCO up to being an airport worth traveling to.

For me what I dislike the most is when there aren't enough bathrooms. Who decided at a very busy airport to only put three toilets in the men's room along with like 20 urinals. It sucks if you have to do more than just peeing bc people take longer when they are sitting down in the stalls.

That’s nice and all, but why not take a page from what was done at Detroit Metro Airport awhile back and not only build an all new state of the art Terminals A & B, but also connect them with C & D and use a more more modernized APM/Tram system, and either demolishing or repurposing the original terminals

All that growth is all well and good, but how about improving the customer experience in Terminals A & B by attracting a/some premium (Priority Pass is not premium) non-airline affiliated departure lounge concessionaires (ie, Amex, Chase, Capital One, etc.)?

@@Wiki024, you either don't fly much or you just don't get it. I have a DL Sky Club membership for when I fly Delta. But I'm inquiring about premium departure lounges that do NOT have an airline affiliation, so that departing passengers can still relax and enjoy some relative peace and quiet REGARDLESS of what airline they're flying. The vast majority of airlines operating out of MCO do not have a premium departure lounge (in fact, only AA, DL, and UA do). But a non-airline affiliated premium lounge (Priority Pass isn't a premium lounge) would allow ALL those passengers to relax in relative comfort prior to depature.

Moving all the car rental parking into one place at the south of the site near the 417 is a terrible idea, but convenience for the customer is clearly not on their radar - just more profit.

Lmao I love their unanimously skeptical reactions. This video didn't provide much detail on what concrete actions are being taken to change the airport's expansion plans. The new south terminal complex was designed to handle twice the passengers projected for 2024, but it's _years_ away from full build-out even if they started building the entire thing today. And the worst part is, it's not a very good design, but they're basically stuck with it for the foreseeable future. All I can say is I'm glad I moved away from Orlando so I don't have to deal with MCO anymore.

It’s good to plan for the future but there is indeed a ceiling of how many people want to go to Orlando. While I’m sure there are some people who connect there, it really is an O/D airport by far. Volume last year was 57M pax. They just opened a 60M pax terminal with another on the way. That should be more than enough to replace A/B with something more modern. But three 60M pax terminals is probably overkill since ATL is the busiest in the world at 105M pax per year.

NO…NO….NO…Expanding now is NOT the right time. the next BIG downturn is coming…soon. Airline travel leads the downturn and lags the recovery…for 40+ years
