This does not change anything, you are simply virtually unplugging yourself from the internet and plugging yourself back in, the only thing that’s new is your DHCP lease timer and maybe a higher/lower host octet. This does not change your public IP, which is specific to your device, unless your ISP assigns your public IP dynamically

It gives you a new PRIVATE IP address (i.e an IP address that applies to your local network only) if, and only if, your PC is connected to a DHCP server and doesn't have a static IP address set up.

Open file explorer and delete the windows folder for more fps

Sometimes, when you change your ip if it somehow is the same as someone else's or doesn't match your gateway, it will break ur wifi. Revert this decision quick

Bruh renewing a DHCP lease is not the same as your public IP nor will do anything to improve your LAN speed. If you're on Wi-Fi, sure running this along with maybe netsh winsock reset and rebooting will help a bit depending on your issue but this vid is just dumb. Correction: This is something that will reset your DNS forcing it to remake paths which will make it slow temporarily but will then go back to normal. (Basically the difference is so small its not worth it.)
