I just realized something...In the song when they sing about their thoughts and problems you can here the minor note in the song. Minor tunes sounds tragic, sad, etc. But when they realize that there is nothing to fear about, you can hear the major note, meaning that it is happy and there is an uplifting tune. This is why I love this song and you just basically took us on a trip to visit the feels land....Q-Q

When Anna sang the "Im here"part I cant help crying because no one was there to ever comfort me in my difficult times..If I start asking comfort or open my doors to people they just say "Its all in your mind, stop thinking about it" or "stop being dramatic, you are wasting our time"..

You should. Don't be upset when you watch the first season because it's just filler and it's really goofy but once you get to the episodes like Jailbreak OMG it gets so good and the plot is amazing! Plus, the animation style and the songs are great like look up some background scenes of the sky or outer space it's beautiful! :) But I don't want you to feel like I'm forcing you to look it up but I strongly suggest it.

The song is about dealing with and calming anxieties so yeah the general tone is going to be calming

I always thought of stevonnie as like an older sister. In this picture, it makes me think of her as an actual older sister for Steven and Connie.

To me, this song is a lot more. I haven't been feeling the best lately and I have cried most nights. I have had to take days off school because I wasn't able to get up. I've had panic attacks. (I have no diagnosed mental health issues). I've been trying to help my friends with both anxiety and depression, to the point I can't take it and hit myself as a form of stress relief. That, combined with GCSEs makes me feel like crap 24/7. This song has made me emotional in a good way, as I resonate with Steven.

As soon as you started to sing, I cried. My gosh. This is the kind of stuff I subscribed to. Emotional songs. Keep up the wonderful, heart-string pulling work.

Dear Anna, I know it might be 6 years after you did this song but I found this on my recommended list so I watched it and...Wow. Thank you so much. Tears just poured out as soon as I started listening and soon enough, I was thinking about how I've never even known who I am other than all the expectations I've had built up ever since I was born. I'm half Asian, half American, and being born into a half-and-half family isn't easy, no matter who you are and what you've done. Your parents argue more than normal parents do. And my mom had anger issues, so she would get mad at me as soon as she came home from work and I was just trying to greet her. Kaidnce Walker Nobody is ever amazing at anything they do right away. Start sucking! Then start improving from that point! It's not really ABOUT everyone else's talent when you want to improve, it's about starting at a certain point and doing better than YOURSELF the next day. The goal is never to be as good as someone else, but to be better than you were yesterday.

I cried the first time I've heard this song. Some covers were good, but it didn't measure to the original version from the show. Until tonight with your take on it. It's different, but it feels so raw and beautiful like the original. If Steven Universe was to do a revise of the song, they should base it on your version. And I don't usually say that. You are talented Anna. Don't ever forget that because it's so easy to forget the good things about yourself.

Hello annapantsu! I know this message may not come across to you but I wanted to let you know thank you so much for your beautiful melody and joy you have given to many people around the world. Today at 3am I woke up from massive chills from my sickness that resulted into leading to a panic attack. The first thing I thought was what was gonna calm me down and instantly I knew it had to be this song. After playing this song just once, I started to stopped shacking while comforting myself on the floor. I never thought it would work but it did so I wanted to show my gratitude towards you and tell you thank you for being there (well not physically but you know😅) even when I was scared and no one was around. Been having some bad anxiety today. After talking to a loved one about it, I put this on and took some time to breathe while listening on my own. My hurt went away more. Thank you for this beautiful rendition of this song. It helped me calm my nerves. anyone who sees this who is currently having anxiety, it's okay. Just breathe, relax, and clear your head.
