What disney thinks we need? All they do is push the narratives; feminism and racism propaganda. That's all they do which is why their movies suck. All they do is delude females and minorities to cause division so we can't stand together in solidarity as truly unites states and protect ourselves and each-other from the tyranny of the oligarchy, of which they're a part.

I love Herbie

As a child of the 60’s- I was 6 or 7 when The Love Bug premiered- I will never forget the thrill of seeing this in the theater. The music was exciting, fast paced and full of joyful excitement. My brothers and I cheered Her ie on as though he was human. Truly a magical experience for this little kid.

Well i was born in 1972 And this movie made me develop a long dream to own one of these little buggers... lol.. I to this day still haven't been able to acquire one.. I rode in them in the past back when i was younger.. Just never owned one.. But its become a life long dream of mine to own one.. A dream even to just drive one.. These beatles are something really different and unique.. And they have a very very different feel about them.. And every one of them has a sort of personality that you just feel.. It's more than just a car.. It's something very special.. And no the new recent 2000 Beatles are not the same thing.. They have a shell that's in the right shape.. But not the mechanics. A true beatle has an air cooled engine in the back.. But that's just the beginning of the huge differences that a Beatle has..

Every time I was at my grandparents I’d watch this with my Grandma. Watching at 5-6 year old… movies never got old especially this one. I would always laugh way too hard!!! Grandma passed away in 2010, so hearing this tune certainly hits home. I honestly might introduce this wonderful movie to my son today. “You don't understand what happens, do you? I have an old Bosch 50s refrigerator in my garage in creamy white painting. A few years ago, I put a herbie vinyl on it, #53 and the two red and blue stripes. Since that day, I wish this theme would sound out of the freezer when I open it. I love Herbie since I was a child.

@@lucaelmz1234 actually no! the character jim douglas even gets a cameo saying that he owned herbie a long time ago, so it technically is canon. what is not canon, is that in the last movie (herbie fully loaded) herbie gets new parts n stuff, which clashes with the lore established in the 1997 movie. probably also why this movie is not found on disney+, it throws the canon in question

Awesome!! In the racing game Forza Horizon 4, I have an in-game 1963 bug that's painted exactly like Herbie! Whenever I drive this '63 Bug in FH4, I always play this song, and it's so enjoyable that I can feel an adrenaline rush surging through my veins like electricity through a wire!! It even gets to the point when it really brings me to tears of joy! It's like I WANNA DRIVE WAY OVER THE SPEED LIMIT!!

I have it on good authority that it is actully on Herbie himself. One of the real movie cars (Herbie H2) was bought by an English gentleman and was offically registered with the DVLA as OFP 857.

It was from the early films as well. The first 4 Herbies had the 1.6 litre Porsche 356 engine. Fully Loaded (despite mentioning a 2180 engine), was a 2332 CC engine.

One of the greatest themes of all time!!!

I watched the 2019 Auto Club Speedway race from NASCAR which happened to be on Herbie’s anniversary, they mentioned Herbie Fully Loaded before the race started. Then when the pace lap came, you know what I said? “Herbie should’ve been the pace car! This is his track!”

Last week i celebrated my 30th birthday. My present were 30 "little thing". The first thing i opened was an old model of Herbie i used to play with when i was a kid. I bursted in tears because i though it was lost long ago. And today here i am, listening this theme with tears in my eyes, remembering how much i loved those movies and i missed this Little Car Thank you for uploading this

It’s now 55 years since the first Herbie film was released And it’s 18 years since they made the last Herbie film

Better idea than fucking Ice Age 6

With the right cast and script, I think Disney+ would be a great platform for a Herbie series! Same charm and wit, mixed with dark drama and true gritty racing. Perfect re-introduction for Jim Douglas to battle Peter Thorndyke for "the little car."

It could also be an awful garish mess, with all the grace and charm removed with sterility and bland in its place... The magic and heart of the O.G The Love Bug would be a difficult thing to pull off in these cynical times. Cries in cinema as I think of a straight to video CGI version...

Disney made one in 1997. With Bruce Campbell it's called Herbie, the Love Bug It's the only film not available on Disney+. It's 88 minutes long

Loved this show when I was a kid

Every time I’m driving on the highway and at a fast speed (be careful about that), this tune comes to mind. It even has a similar feel to music used in those silent Charlie Chaplin films, with a 60s twist (no dance pun intended) added, too.

This is the cutest happy kind of theme song. Go for a drive! Vroom vroom.

Why isn't there a ten-hour loop of this? My "replay" finger is getting sore.

Magnificent theme tune for herbie

I named my dog Herbie because he runs so fast and just reminded me of Herbie the love bug - even the theme song suits him. He is a jack russell rat terrrier mix with long legs

I've been in love with the ol' V-Dub since l was about 3 or 4, when we had a red one (l'm almost 62 now!); l used to draw them all the time! I'll never forget when my parents took us kids to the drive-in, to a double feature of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and--you guessed it--The Love Bug! First time ever at a drive-in; we were all in our PJs... what memories this theme song brings back; thank you so much for putting this on YT!❤️❤️❤️

Loved that bug since I was a kid. Saw "Fully Loaded" in the theater when I was 13. Still so cool after all these years.

What I think is that the makers of The Love Bug probably used "High Grass" as a temp score for some of the racing scenes, and asked George Bruns to come up with something similar, so he came up with a very similarly arranged piece, but with a tune that's different enough that it can be considered its own thing...Though I do prefer Frank De Vol's arrangement...

Certainly not the Junior block as that has terrible and low budget animation. But if Herbie was animated in the style of the Into the Spider-Verse series that could work and would be easier to pick up from where they left off. Could be something that uses characters from both Fully Loaded and the 1997 movie. Maybe they could explain who Max was.

I hum this every time I take my overpowered beetle for a rip, fun fun!

My childhood vehicle right next to Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Thomas the Tank Engine, the Magic School Bus, The Neighborhood Trolley, Brum, and many others! But Herbie… He’s very very special! Not only do I have a real Herbie car of my own (not accurate, but it’s still lovable!) but this car, it’s just such a much needed symbol of positivity and happiness that we need now more than ever, and I’m glad there are still people out there who remember Herbie!💖💖💖 (O\5|3/O)

I discovered how to make the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang emoji too!!! o[ ]o T__O( )O__T || || Also, KITT from Knight Rider and the Gadgetmobile from all Inspector Gadget shows and movies (but mainly the live action Gadgetmobile) are also my favorite cars!
