Herbal supplements for better erections | UroChannel
In erectile dysfunction, many men seek a herbal or supplemental alternative to Viagra and Cialis. Dr. med. Dr. phil. Stefan Buntrock, urologist from Göttingen, explains in this video on UroChannel the possible benefits of L-Arginine and Pycnogenol. L-Arginine is the substrate for nitric oxide production while Pycnogenol stimulates eNOS synthase in endothelial cells. As a result, a better supply of NO is able to increase erectile ability. Especially two small studies show remarkable effects. But: although study design is of high quality, only few subjects were included. Additionally, they were young men, more or less healthy. In summary, Prelox, a combination of L-Arginine and Pycnogenol was able to demonstrate better erections.

Thank you! Varicocele is considered an anatomical problem. So there is no supplement that works for this.
Any recommendations regarding dosage of pycnogenol and L-arginine? Would you think that there is a synergism between tadalafil 5mg daily and pycnogenol only?

I would go after what is recommended for the individual product. The manufacturers provide this information.
